its 100 percent on the players and the front office. if ham gets fired this will be the 4th coach they've fired in 7 years. at some point the players and front office have to bear the blame. how many coaches they going to fire before it dawns on them that its the players and lebron james and the front office's fault not the coach.
@@eriknewton4656 well I agree With you, to a certain extent. But, I blame the lakers top Management, And Jeanie Buss. I hope, that we Still had the best owner, in all Of sports, DR JERRY BUSS.
@@juanjuan799 yeah the managment deserves blame as well i won't disagree but if they keep firing coaches no one is going to want to coach for the lakers. when you fire a championship winning coach in frank vogel and have had so many different coaches in a short period of time at some point every coach is going to look at the lakers and be like why would i want to go there if they just going to fire me anyway?
@@eriknewton4656 i agree, they Fired Frank Vogel. His an excellent Coach. Yea, that's right. I don't Know what was going trew the Mind of Jeanie Buss, and Rob Pelinka, when they told him, to Hit the road.
If lebron wants another title he can keep the bench warm in denver it gets cold and we could use him to keep it warm and bring Gatorade to the rest of the team 😂😂😂😂
yeah that would be typical lebron james. when things get hard just get up and leave for another team and blame everything and everyone but himself when things don't go right.
