Nick Wright before the season: “Lakers win the offseason” LeBron before the season starts: tweeting hourglass emojis Now Nick never believed in the roster 😂🤣😂🤣
@@charnz1 thats reasonable, and yes two things can be true at the same time. but these two things can't be true at the same time "yay i love the offseason moves, the front office won the offseason" and "the front office is to blame!" which is what Nick is trying to do w/o even saying he was wrong
6:53 is a masterclass by Wildes. Nick is constantly hyping up his guy and then never has to account for what he said, and brushes it all under the rug until next year when the hype train starts to roll all over again.
@@skubaRu7i listened to nick back track on his previous statements by saying “it’s possible to hold multiple thoughts in your head at the same time” like ok? but when they contradict each other and you only use them when your backed into a corner for a “actually ☝🏿” is just corny lmao.
4 rings in 22 years would be quite an accomplishment for anyone. It’s as if you want to punish him for having the longevity to play competitive basketball for longer than an other player in NBA history.
@@KCiAzN naw bro you doing what most do reading something and seeing what you want to see im not even taking about LeBron im talking about his fans and that’s pretty clear by your response you’ll the problem
What has Ty Lou done since 2016 where Lebron was at his best. After that season critics were saying ty Lou isn’t a good coach and now they think he is?
@@jctslice Nah people would say Phil is past his prime if LBJ had prime phil and was loosing man be real. If Phil was there right now and they didn't win people would say phils lost his edge, games past him by, was a great coach just isnt anymore games changed etc etc etc.
Nick got destroyed finally. His argument was lebron isn’t good enough anymore lol 😂 Can’t wait until next season for him to go back and say lebron is going to win it all with bronny😂🤣😂
Nick just stumbling over himself trying to justify how it's possible that the coach sucks and the roster construction sucks but also holding the opinion that the lakers would win in 6. Wildes is right.
It's pointless to fire Ham because they're not going to hire the type of coach the Lakers need. The Lakers operate like their a great veteran team instead of a team that is in the play-in every year. They need a coach that will come in and tell LeBron how things are going to be ran instead of the other way around. The biggest issue with the Lakers in discipline on the court so they need a coach that will hold everyone accountable.
In defense of Darvin Ham, 2 years and 2 playoff appearances with one being in the Western Conference finals - it's not justifiable for termination. Ham is being scapegoated. The team was well constructed, but the team as a whole failed to execute. They let go of a coach that won a ring, another one that made the conference finals, pretty soon the only choices at coach are gonna be newbies and scrubs.
Way too many guards that can't defend lmao. And they didn't try to get a big man to help AD when Wood was out to help against the eventual Jokic matchup. Also Ham throwing out 3 to 4 guard lineups against Denver got them outrebounded and lost the series.
The team was well constructed? They have LeBron and literally don't have a single three and D player on the roster. Every 5 year old that watches basketball knows you surround LeBron with shooters. They have absolutely no perimeter defense and they don't have a single mediocre center. They also don't even have a backup PF. So they're backing up their injury prone second best player with no one else that really plays his position and zero centers that should ever get playing time on any team. They're asking LeBron to be the second best defender on the team while running the offense without any shooters or a decent point guard at 39 years old. That roster is about as bad as a roster can be around Bron and AD. Literally put a decent point guard, a bunch of 3 and D guys and a decent center out there. It isn't hard. They literally won the chip with Rondo, Dwight and a bunch of 3 and D guys and then completely gutted the team and went a completely different direction. It is absolutely moronic and shows that front office knows as much about basketball as someone that's never watched it.
@@NicolasAlcalde The Lakers got who they could get. The Lakers were considered the winners of the off season. Budget wise, considering all the star players they have traded away, what else could they do? I thought the team was finding a groove. You're saying put a point guard, find some shooters, it isn't hard. These things require money and luck. Hard to come by
@@michaelrendler3703 I'm pretty sure we're talking about the BUCKS and notnthe Lakers..... 🤔 Take your LeBronze fandom elsewhere and stick to the convo....
@@artofmartialcinemaamc5334 are you dumb? I know we are talking about the bucks. I’m saying the bucks can’t get Ty lue, since he will either be extended by the clippers or the lakers will take him. I’m saying ham couldnt draw up plays because he had to get through the hurdle of dealing with lebron, who basically runs the team. They had 3 coaches in 6 years, he had very little chance. With the bucks, a system he was in before, he would have more opportunity.
@@markozbunjol625 Bron played against more mvps, all stars, dpoy, 6th men of the year, better coaches, top 20 players** Mj never won without best rebounder in the entire 90s and best 2 way player pippen. Pippen was top 5 in the nba and Mj never won without him. Couldn’t even make a finals without him. Bron made finals with 2 of the worst rosters all time. 2 out of the top 5 rosters to ever made the finals Bron carried those teams
@@moneymoney3235 Mj was the reason the bulls were the best team, and usually the best team wins the ring. What are you even saying? Lebron never won without another top 10 player, either
I think LJ and AD would be the worst duo you can coach at this point! No coach should want to coach LA Lakers while they are there. They will dump you under the bus fist chance they have.
I hadn’t thought about the in-season tournament angle. Definitely hurts the legitimacy of the tournament when the winning coach gets fired because it’s not a valued accomplishment.
Lakers really don’t need a NEW COACH with no experience like ham. They should get an actually EXPERIENCED coach. So no I don’t want jj reddick either. Not everyone’s lucky not everyone has a Phil Jackson best coach in the nba 💯
lol lebron? What about AD? What about DLo going on PODCASTS stating his issues with the coaching? What about AR gett moved to bench? What about Dlo getting moved to bench? WHat about Rui not getting 25+ minutes as a starter for over half the season? Lol i know Lebron is the biggest star but let's not act like everyone loved Darvin and lebron had an issue no one else did. Lol smh
Get him Wildes! Take was soo good it made me actually post a comment. Its always excuses from the media, the organization, and Lebron once they get beat out of the playoffs.
Another Bron victim. He shouldn't have been fired. Remember this dude tried to get Spoelstra fired after his brutal finals performance and getting smoked by JJ Barea.
@@abzda1700 no he’s just become a HOF coach and gotten teams with much less talent to the finals and playoffs regularly. Point is lebron tried to get maybe the best current coach in the nba fired.
@@edelmantoamendola so now we celebratinh final appearance or it that for everyone expect bron and if Spo such a good coach why can’t he win without having a bad team is not a good enough of excuse for bron
@@edelmantoamendola spo is a overrated who he himself out of his own mouth said that he could of done better when bron was Miami. That’s finals choke in 011 is on his record just likes to on brons the only reason the won the next season is because he moved bosh to the 5
Darvin Ham is not the problem. Lebron making $55 million a year and Davis making $60 million a year is the problem. These two never supported their coach at all! Their nothing more than cry babies. When LeBron sits on the bench and doesn't play the team looks better without him. Let old LeBron go and use that money to sign younger bigger players then maybe you can find a coach that actually wants to be part of the Lakers. The drama will never leave until LeBron goes somewhere else. NO COACH will play second fiddle to cry baby LeBron. He's un-coachable. Darvin a great coach. He just has to many divas on the roster. I miss Magic, Colby and Kareem. They all made me proud. Those days are sorely missed and will never be the same with Diva LeBron on a Laker team. It's been a train wreck...
Bro no one with common sense thought the lakers were going anywhere this year...stop. I've been saying for like 3 years, polinka keeps trading for lemons.
Im glad for Darvin Ham now he will be actually allowed to go coach somewhere and Lakers and their fans will get EXACTLY what they deserve ENJOY LEBRON YOU DESERVE IT
But why would they fire a coach who won the In Season Championship? Don't you all remember when they were in the locker room popping bottles of Champayne.
Remember kept telling Laker fans what’s the difference between ham and Vogel? They guarantee huge difference 😂 They’re both assisting coaches at the very best. It’s why both will be fired this week.
Let’s be for real. The lakers are AD and an old lebron. Bunch of role players. Why are people talking about them losing as if they were stacked . It blows my mind
Nick Wright is a JOKE BLAMING pretty Nuggets for eliminating the lakers and the front office for not making the “right moves” Lebron is who is the one to blame no question about it
Darvin ham was objectively a bad coach. The conversation should start and end with the fact that he started Taurean Prince for over 40 games this season over Rui, a guy the lakers signed to a multi year deal in the offseason and an integral part of the lineup that went to WCF last year. We don’t even need to mention his in game adjustments and management. Getting rid of Ham is addition by subtraction.
Darvin Ham was referencing DLO not Austin Reaves. No one remembers Austin shitting the bed 10 games in a row. That was DLO. The memes on Twitter agree.
I think Lue is good, but my goodness people bring him up like he’s Phil Jackson. This man has super star players, super rich owner, good bench pieces, and still get ROCKED in the playoffs. Crazy people think he on Spo level. 😂 His team doesn’t lose, they get Molly whooped in the playoffs, he left the East and LeBron and can’t even get to CFG with a stacked team. Sheesh.
Dammit Darvin coached the lakers to leading every game against the Nuggets he can't finish the game.D.lo..Rui..Austin.. players do that...won mid season tournament...front office player development is terrible..it's all about lebron and let's get AD his touches ect..ect..he's not a Phil Jackson but he deserves to coach for 1 or 2 more years..Maybe he would do well without lebron...develop your damn players lakers..play to their strengths and you will win more games
