Nick had nothing nice to say about the Clippers. He even goes as to talk about their off season since he knows this series is not going the way he wants it to go. Nick Wright when the Lakers blow a huge lead: “Its the modern NBA”. Nick Wright when the Clippers blow a huge lead: “You have to be SOO WORRIED if you are a Clippers fan.”
@@chalnervassor9430when a team shoots 60% from 3, there’s nothing you can do tbh. The commentators said 11 of their first 14 three’s were contested, you just tip your hat to them.
@@abtocool6350 true. But when you are on the offensive you have the firepower to keep up. Of course no one going to match 11 3’s in the first half. But you can keep the gap closer than what it was if you are Dallas
@@user-xu7yg1bh3l why was bro in foul trouble ? That means you're a bad defender if you get 2 fouls within the first 5 mins of a game 😂. The amount of cope you guys have is amazing
Ok but Luka is going to 40/10/10 if the past tell us anything like the Phoenix series 2 years ago Luka going to hot in game 5 you can tell his legs not right but the 2 days off is going to help
Two or three of Harden's floaters were blow-by on doncic happened in the 4th quarters when doncic was playing with 5 fouls...not that he is a known lock-down defender but he just couldn't do much even if he wanted
I mean that lead was almost completely erased quickly in the third quarter and Luka wasn't even 100%. That is cause of concern going forward specially with some of their star players's inconsistency
clippers have the benefit of having 3 stars, one of which is injured but that leaves 2 on the court. Mavs have 2 stars, one of which is injured. They don't have the luxury of sitting him out. Clippers also have a deeper bench and have an X factor in Westbrook that can change the dynamics at any time. That will be the difference here.
Lakers win one game after losing 11 straight and being down 3-0 and the media is celebrating like they won the title. Clippers pull out a clutch victory after almost blowing the biggest lead in NBA Playoff history WITHOUT their best player and “they should be concerned” even though Nick predicted they’d be down 3-1. Why am I not surprised.
The NBA establishment and their media apparatus hate the Clippers and Nuggets. That level of hate can only be matched their zesty feelings for LeBlame James.
The league and the public love to hate on Luka. He's averaging 29-10-10 while not fully healthy and 'having the worst series of his career.' I don't get it.
PG will get his deal the reason Clips dint extend him is because of Harden I'm assuming he needs to get paid too but ultimately Kawhi is the Terminator in the playoff I genuinely believe he's that good when healthy.
I called Mavs in 6 before game one. I'm not now. Problem is this... Mavs without Luka is a much worse team than Clipps without Leonard. Clipps in 7... maybe even 6...
James Harden has a true shooting percentage of 73.1 in the 2024 playoffs (1st in NBA among players with 11.1 or more points per game) Have you seen this before... cnt
Nobody thought it was strange that Luka got 2 fouls in first 2 minutes of the game on Harden phantom fouls? How is he supposed to play defense at the end when they are calling it like that and he has 5 fouls?
@@judahmourneth3211 too many - he’s injured. I mean 3rd highest minutes and 1at highest usage in the nba. I mean with that amount of contact and intensity… that’s not ideal for the playoffs. No wonder he’s in pieces.
@@simoncove1 his style Of play is consistent with his usage rate. And he’s a starter, a superstar in the playoffs, his mins are going to be high regardless. But where was this before the series when I called clippers in 5 (should’ve been) everybody’s telling me Mavs going to win, clippers are chokers, luka finally got a team.
@@franksaint84 Doughboy may score 40, but it will take 30 FG and 6 FT attempts to accomplish that. Assuming he doesn't keep bricking wide open threes which are given too him by the Clippers defense to shutdown the lobs and floaters.
Why does this Hoang dude get all this credit for essentially pirating a show's content and clips and the posting on his 'channel' like it's his own? Why is he allowed to do this?
@Eric-pg4zs you don't watch games for real or you're a hater harden is shooting the second best true shooting in the playoffs while being his team's best playmaker and leading the team in pts, ast, and stls
I hate when people have good games and people loose they mind…..Kyrie is clearly the best player in the series and it’s not close! Harden just had 5 Turnovers and a -21 in game 3! He was 2-10 from 3 in game 2😂
So, if the refs didn't make those "mistakes" on game 2, this will be today a tie series, more pressure on DEN, on that scenario, today will be a MUST WIN, not the case, so again, not only the refs screw that game, they may have screw up the series outcome.
Harden will be fine for the next two games but he'll disappear in the decisive game. When game 7 is over , both L.A. teams, the Suns, Philly, the Bucks and Miami will be home.
So is Nick Wright's campaign to make Luka DPOY after 2 games of statistically good defense over? Of course, he has the excuse of some vague knee thingie...
Luka plays no defense absolutely NO defense injury or not. 5 fouls or not he is horrendous on defense.. if he can’t even try to not let anyone blow passed him then they will NEVER win a chip. Kyrie is having a better series than Luka.. he plays much better defense.
You can be in control and then lose control. They unfortunately have problems regaining the momentum. Not winning that one when they were nearly 20 was insane.
So what? Why does this matter one iota? They lost those games. When the Blazers did the same thing in the 2019 WCF nobody cared because like this case it’s completely meaningless.
@@goldenstatewarriors9418the blazers weren’t good enough to beat prime Klay and Curry Not to mention throughout the years It’s a known fact that the warriors are a 3rd quarter team during those times. So nobody thought the blazers had a chance UNLESS they survived the usual GSW 3rd quarter which they didn’t For this series, The nuggets have always been playing comeback ball and the lakers have lost control only to wrestle it back and forth with them in the 4th This series is a lot closer than that of 2019 blazers vs warriors
How are they not mentioning Harden was blowing past Luka in the 4th as Luka had 5 fouls and couldn't risk getting a 6th. Also, I know they are trying to let players play, but they have been given a mandate to injure Luka on every play and its barely called. At one point they grabbed his feet. Ty Lue has said injure that kid. It's so evident. Same clippers team that had Morris hurt him real bad a few years back in the playoffs. They have to injure him to slow him down
That was definitely intentional making the Nuggets warm up in their slides anything to gain a competitive advantage the NBA has tried that 19 different ways with LeBron
@@michaelhelton3805 I kicked him out back in 05 when he brought all those cockroaches he's still trying to fill one of Kobe's shoes the real Ballers know that will never happen
so nick said only harden plays great thats it man that clown will wait that one bad game harden will play and he will torch him for like 20 mins talking about washed and chocking such a hater
