Lamar has essentially had the same career Peyton Manning had through age 27. 2 MVPs and historic regular seasons but disappointing playoff runs. He’s been the 2nd greatest player of his generation to Mahomes the same way Manning was to Brady. The most likely outcome is the while Mahomes likely wins 5-6 SBs he still won’t win it ever year and eventually Lamar can get 1 and he probably should get at least 2. With The amount of winning he’s done it would be unprecedented for him not to break through

@@dmac33 At this point in their careers the playoff stuff matters but not as much as it will 5 years from now because they both still have so much time left . both have gotten to the Conference championship once and if ultimately both fail to break through the regular season is ultimately what they’ll get remember for. Allen has had bigger numbers but also more turnovers but Lamar’s had a bigger impact on winning. A 75% win rate is just ridiculous and particularly the reason i think he’s eventually going to break through the way Peyton Manning did

Lamar coaching and his support ing cast is not top notch. 2019 they were the #1 seed and they called 53 passing plays without a supporting cast 9 dropped passes that game. 2023 #1 seed the called 30+ passes against the Chiefs which was the #22nd ranked run defense. Either the NFL is rigged or the Harb's needs to be fired. They didn't get him help while he was on his rookies deal and now he's paid they complain they can't build a team cause he's paid.... Lamar was horrible in the afc championship game fine. You can’t look at all of his playoff games and say he sucks in the playoffs. He was a first year rookie when he went to the playoffs.
