FIRST TIME at Disney’s ANIMAL KINGDOM | Rides, Dole Whip, Food & Meeting Characters at Tusker House 

Our Walt Disney World parks visits start with Disney’s Animal Kingdom!! This was a first time visit for the four of us. And this is our first Disney world vlog in the parks. It turns out it’s much more than a zoo, which is what I always thought it was. We had a blast and the theming might have been the best of all the parks we visited during out trip. We enjoyed riding Kilimanjaro Safari where we saw all sorts of animals, The Avatar themed rides (Flight of Passage and Na’Vi River Journey), Dinosaur, and Triceratops Spin (which became a favorite for the twins.) This is also where we tried Dole Whip for the very first time. We LOVED it!! We also had the exciting opportunity to experience Kite Tails, an attraction that is no longer available to view at The Animal Kingdom. We really enjoyed it and the twins got to actively participate in the attraction. We also enjoyed a family style meal at Tusker House Restaurant. We thought the food was great, but the highlight was seeing the girls meet their heroes Mickey and Minnie. It brought a huge smile to our faces.
