That bison looks waaaaaay better than mine lol. Got 3 tiny pieces. Was good overall but the pieces o had weren’t even half the size of that

I had the bison rib eye just a few hours ago, while it was SUPER good, my pieces were not near that big. I still got three pieces, but they were maybe 1/2 or 2/3 the size of the ones Taylor got. Definitely worth it, just jealous of the size portion!

Sounds like typically festival style portioning. One time it’s big the next it’s small. One time it’s medium rare the next it’s well done 🤷🏼‍♂️ we can’t wait to be back though!
