Thanks Josh and Taylor for talking us along to Isafjörður and the waterfalls. Great video and narration. We will be on this cruise on the Prima next fall. After watching your video, I don’t believe we would be able to handle the rough terrain up to the waterfalls. Can’t wait to see your video at your next port.

I agree with Josh I feel like if nothing is in English the cafe the food will be authentic and yes booking excursions not on the cruise is cheaper

The stops and excursions look amazing, but the ship…. 🤔 the ship itself does have a very “fancy feel”! Loved your hat for the hike Josh and Taylor you always look amazing! Fun doing a lap around the ship too! I’m leaving for Florida (Universal) on Monday (I probably won’t run into you guys there, but I’ll be thinking of you both, as I visit your home state) 😊 Theresa xo

Have fun at Universal! The ship is a little fancy and has some great dining options.

I am taking this trip on Sept 5th with my husband who has Alzheimer's. We are very limited to what we can do. Mostly, I will be staying on the ship. I was wondering if there were small site seeing tours that you could grab right in port? Do I need their currancy to do so? LOL, we certainly will not be hiking up to any waterfalls! But, really enjoyed your video! We are traveling with my sister and her husband and they will be doing all the cool tours. I will be on the ship, in the Thermal Spa! LOL!

Hi Susan! We didn’t see many tour operators at the ports, like you would find in the Caribbean or in Alaska. Many of them you can book on Viator which will be a video we will put together at the end of the series. You just have to be cautious on the overall length of time of the tours. You don’t need cash at most of the ports and a major credit card is accepted most every where even in the smaller villages. We are sorry to hear your husband is suffering from Alzheimer’s, but hope you have a wonderful and beautiful trip!

Naive here but did you see any destruction from the earthquake they had a year or so ago?

Nothing that would have been obvious. None of our guides even mentioned anything about it.

What company did you use for this excursion?

We booked through Viator, this is the tour we did! www.viator.com/tours/Isafjordur/Dynjandi-Waterfall-and-Iceland-Farm-Visit-Tour/d4349-16698P45?pid=P00012238&uid=U00357338&mcid=58086&currency=USD
