Today I'm back at SkyQuest, which is the arcade in the basement of the Skylon Tower in Niagara Falls Canada! This is my first time here in over 2 years and from my knowledge they just recently opened again after being closed for awhile. I love this place, it's one of my all time favorites. It's like walking into a time machine and being transported into a different time period. The variety of games down here is amazing. You've got classic video arcade games, and also some old school arcade ticket redemption games where you can win tickets to redeem for prizes. Let's play some games, have some fun, and enjoy the nostalgia of this piece of history!

I love these nostalgic arcades. I always play the Feed Big Bertha game when I find it. It is sad to see so many games not working but it is also awesome to see places like this are still out there. Thanks for taking us along on another fun adventure!

Stumbling upon your video, I am pleasantly suprised that the basement arcade is still up and running. My first memory of it was going down an escalator and seeing an indoor mini ferris wheel. I also remember the go karts and track. Skee ball? I'm there! Happy 60th birthday Skylon in 2024:-D

Ah, this brings back the memories. My local Chuck E. Cheese's used to have those OG Boom Ball, Roller Bowler, and Skee Ball games. I miss the 80s. :o)

I will go back when I am able to. This is also my happy place and I am super glad you were able to go back to it. The biggest thing here is its so hard to find an arcade that gives out paper tickets and uses tokens these days so its perfect!

I've seen this smart ticket center in Skylon tower. It's the same ticket center that I saw at Genting Highlands back at many years ago since I was in School. You should come to my country Malaysia to visit Genting Highlands they had a biggest arcade center.

I don’t know, maybe if you’re going back to look at some of your past you don’t want it to be changed. There is a street in Ashtabula Ohio called Geneva on the Lake‘s obviously on the water but it’s a very long street full of nothing but arcade places it’s kind of the same a bit rundown😹

I'm a local. The arcade was way better in the 90s loaded with way more machines like way more. It even had pinball machines can't believe they took them out :( Yeah there used to be a lot of cool stuff down there go karts, rc boat racing, mini roller coaster and it was always packed. The place is a disappointment now. Every time I go there the machines are out of order for the most part I only go there to beat The Simpsons arcade game got to get my fix in lol

Its pretty sad that all these classics are in such bad condition, i suggest if you want to find an arcade with these games in better condition go to both of the Nickleworlds in Toledo Ohio and Rockford Illinois.

The one thing I would wish for this arcade is that I could take over this arcade, fix some of the games (including Big Bertha cuz I love that game), add card readers to them and open a new arcade with the fixed games! Also, can you go back to The Great Canadian Midway?

Besides! Tilt studios is the worst example you can put. Those old games break often, the card reader always errors out AND there are tons of games broken so.... It's no a good idea to put card readers on old games. If the game is older then 2005, it shouldn't have a card reader. It's a different story for newer games because they actually are card reader compatible

They built one almost exactly the same kind of I played at Dave & Buster‘s with my sister HANNAH and Aunt Megan My sister was so scared plus she was so sick that she almost fell and got hurt Hannah was like so sick she wanted to almost go home and I was so sick that I thought I was gonna die right there but it was totally worth it

Maybe they’re fixing them up like to turn one of them into an orange Julius or a pretzel place because I would get Parmesan garlic pretzels with like some cheese or I would ask if they could do a sandwich made with like pretzels so it’s like a peanut butter and jelly sweet salty caramel mixed with like grape jelly and strawberries Plus like bananas and like marshmallow filling mixed with like The caramel sprinkles and like maybe some dipping chocolate sauce to go with that but like the entire scene which is made out of like pretzel bread 🥖 Or like a subway maybe just because I would love to see if they would have a different Italian or A pretzel bread maybe even a pizza flavored bread 🍞 🥖 🥯 🥖 🍞

I think I would prefer the newer space invaders just to because you can get get it on your phone and it’s like now in these days and it’s kind of like in the movie pixels and if no one knows what I’m talking about then that’s OK it’s like a good classic movie mix with like now Of like what would happen now that’s why I’m like really good at Pac-Man Plus I’m really good at like the newer space Invaders because it doesn’t have all the glitches in like pixels kind of plus it has been a long time since I played other games for the iPad looked at one called ladybug and cat noir it has been so long since I played that one too I wonder if they would ever make another one where they would have to use their super powers like cat noirs Cataklysm Or ladybugs lucky charm and I’m not talking about the cereal plus if no one else knows what I’m talking about that’s OK
