My name is Dalton. This is my life and channel, 3DMachines. I recently bought a Yamaha YXZ 1000R. So yes the mods are coming. Also have a Duramax, to fill the diesel slot. I have a warehouse where some of the work happens. I plan on traveling the country and meeting my fans. You may see me at a supercross, gncc,or motocross even / race, come say hi. Dalton, remember how it felt when your wheel came off? Huge LIABILITY having that thing on the road. It was free for a reason. New enclosed ROAD SAFE trailers go for around 8k.

If you are going to be traveling with this, invest in a weight distribution hitch for the Dirtymax. It will pull 100x's better with less sway.

Plus change the tow package out. Rated for 6500 without wd hitch an think 10kish with. Learned that, 40miles from home when hitch touched ground lol

I agree 110%. Weight distributing hitches are an absolute must! They make life while towing so much easier. My bass boat doesn’t weigh near as much as the camper he’s towing but the new hitch even made a massive difference towing up and down all the canyons to and from lakes here in Arizona. I don’t even get as much sway on a windy day. Pretty incredible invention.

Exciting . I was waiting for the trailer tyres to pop as 25 years old . ONE JOB DEFO NEEDS UPGRADING THE TYRES . Looking forward to the make over . I would tape some plastic over the holes to keep the rain out . As wet is a KILLER for trailers .Edge of the seat video Dalton . And Jake did a great job opening the road up for you . Great stuff

Have you thought about the weight distribution of having crush way at the back of that trailer? Might not make a big difference on asphalt but it could give you a hard time on grass or any mud

that's a big 10-4! Very slight chance it will make it to one, no chance it'll make it too and from! I lmao in video when that thing was rocking like a rocking chair! I guess he gotta live n learn! First thing I would done is checked bearings and repacked with grease!

Thats a park model trailer, they are not for regualr over the road travel, for one thing its TOO BIG and anybody who travels to campgrounds will tell you spaces are small, we traveled in a 20 ft Jayco and some campgrounds only had space for our Xterra suv, i wouldnt bumper pull any travel trailer over 26 ft on the east coast, now out west you have a lot more space and room.Also just buying fuel is a challenge if you dont go to truck stops because the rv blocks the drive.

Needs shortening and a 3rd axel. Its not designed to be towed everywhere you have a fair amout of work an alot of vids is a bonus. Great content btw enjoying it lately.

Wonder if you could just remove the housing area on that back "hinge out" and have a ramp there. Crush then can be driven in from the side of the camper. Have the back half as shop and storage for bikes and such and the front half as living space.

I bought a 32 or 34 ft handie cap fema trailer / Been remodel with a slide out for 2k and its Great! (2006)

One concern I have is when you put Crush in there those wheels are almost centered with the trailer you're going to lose a lot of tongue weight which could cause you to be unstable on freeway speeds might want to address that either making room inside so that Crush can sit on top of the axles or shortening the back of it just a thought

Look at getting weight distributing and sway control put on that hitch. For such a long trailer, you're gonna want that stability going on longer trips.

I believe you have what’s called a ‘park model’ which generally are left in rv parks and not generally hauled around. They have a higher roof and larger windows like yours but I’ve only seen slide out and not tilt outs like this one.

Hey those pop outs on that trailer are not suppose to fold in. It’s a slide out. They just slide in and out. That way there’s no gap on top

do not follow the psi on the tires thats one thing you never follow, it only shows the max psi they can take which you should never run on any tire since you will get bubbles on them in any spot at any rate of speed. also Dalton if those tires are 25 yrs old they need to go in the scrap, the oils in them are way far gone and are most likely dry rotted. Another thing to add those slide out use an electric system or hand crank and they slide in and out UPRIGHT, you really didn't have to take them down like that you could've hooked up the power to your truck and powered them back in.

You know why it sat for 25 years? I do. ITS A PARK MODEL on regular travel trailers the pop out actually slide in not fold in. That thing is going to fall apart within 100 miles. Same reason for the wait it ways that much because it is meant to be parked and stay parked it is a trailer.
