If possible a first time buyer should borrow a caravan/hire one to find out which layout works best for them. Whether a larger bathroom or more living space is a preference for instance.

Ive had a fab day thanks, and I'm off home now to let my little git of a son walk all over the neighbours plants and throw sweet wrappers in the street and disrespect as many people as he likes, and treat others property with complete contempt. because those are the values I teach him through my acceptance of his behaviour. (And we wonder why kids grow into disrespectful teenagers and adults).
