Superm is one of those things that make me happy or somewhat proud to be a kpop stan like it might very well be a cash grab but the music, concept, and execution of this group is so cool😩🎉

SUPERM has the sound, the vocals, the swag, the visuals, the greatness. Love their songs Jopping, One, Can't Stand the Rain, & Tiger Inside. What a great group, what an amazing group of talents all together. Someone reminded me about the dance too -- they are all so good you have trouble watching any one because it is all top tier.

when I saw that superm was a group I literally cried LITERALLY ALL MY FAVS FROM DIFFERENT GROUPS

SuperM was formed in 2019 in collaboration with Capitol Records, heavily promoting in the US. They were my very first Kpop concert. I was new to Kpop at the time; the only group I sorta knew was NCT. My eyes and ears were blessed with solo performances Baekhyun, Kai, and Taemin (still a little obsessed with them). Then a stunning dance performance by Ten, great rap solos from Taeyong, Mark and Lucas. And of course the iconic Baby Don’t Stop performance with Taeyong and Ten. If you ever get the chance to see a Kpop show, you should go! Doesn’t matter who it is, you won’t be disappointed. Fun reaction!

Super M is a 'super group' formed by SM entertainment, the group is formed by the 'most skilled' or 'most popular' members of different groups under the company, they debuted in 2019 and their last release was i think in 2021 but we're expecting a comeback (we don't know when,maybe next year) The members are Taemin - SHINee Baeckhyun - EXO Kai - EXO Taeyong - NCT 127 Ten - NCT / WayV Mark - NCT 127 / NCT Dream Lucas - Former NCT / WayV

Ah, SuperM my dear boys! I was already fans of all of them before they came together to do SuperM and boy did I love every second of it. They debuted in the autumn of 2019 (tomorrow is their anniversary in fact) with a mini album and they toured as much as they could until the pandemic shut things down about 6 months later. Then they did their best in 2020 to stay in touch and lift our spirits. That year they released a full album from which this is the title track. This is in fact their last title track before Baekhyun and then Taemin left for their enlistment. So they didn't have a lot of time to be out and about with fans etc but I sure felt their impact. They made so much content in their limited time and wonderful music and anything they could to help people have energy and enjoyment. We don't know when we'll have a chance to see them work together again. All their individual groups are still very much active and busy. Also Kai is serving his enlistment and Taeyong (from NCT) will do so next year. So there may be a big wait but I don't mind. I will always look forward to SuperM anything whenever I can get it while also enjoying all the music and activities from Shinee, EXO and NCT.

Fun fact: If you know some of SHINee's song history, you might notice several references to iconic SHINee moments within SuperM's "One (Monster & Infinity)". For instance, SHINee has a song called "Sherlock (Clue & Note)," which was created by combining two songs from SHINee's Sherlock album, "Clue" and "Note", to create their title track "Sherlock." Just like how "One (Monster & Infinity)" takes two songs, "Monster" and "Infinity," from SuperM's album to create their title track "One" on their Super One album -- the green outfits and choreography is supposed to be monster-like, where the military uniforms and bright clothing represent "Infinity". (As you can see, the beat switches up because it's a mashup of the two songs.) Also, as the SuperM members made reference to during their press conference for the release of their album, one of the parts of the "One (Monster & Infinity)" choreography uses a finger movement that is very reminiscent of an iconic part of SHINee's "Lucifer" choreography. And yes, "One (Monster & Infinity)" is mostly in English, just like "100" and their debut "Jopping" are also mostly English. SuperM is supposed to be geared toward the U.S. market so all their title tracks and most of their album will be in English. Hence their U.S. debut in 2019 and SM's partnership with Capitol Records and Marvel. Although there is so much happening in the "One (Monster & Infinity)" MV that could be connected to EXO's storyline, right off the bat, what I see are references to Kai and his role in EXO's storyline with the numerous pyramid/triangle symbols you see throughout the MV. As part of EXO's storyline, Kai's symbol is a pyramid, which represents his teleportation superpower. Also, how I interpret the scene with Kai hanging from the building, is that he is climbing up a building and as he is climbing, pieces of the building are breaking loose, or maybe those are pieces of something that he is being attacked with from above or are falling from something being destroyed above him. Think of it kind of like a scene from a 007 or Mission Impossible movie. You also see drones hovering below him, but I am not sure if that is what he is trying to avoid because they are controlled by the Red Force, or if that is part of SuperM's arsenal and they are helping him in his mission. (Which, now I think are connected to the drones you see in WayV's "Take Off" and "Moonwalk" MVs and Kai's solo "Film: Kai" and "Mmmh" MV storylines, etc.) The military uniforms are used to show that they have become soldiers now preparing to help EXO battle and defeat the Red Force. (SuperM's debut "Jopping" MV was filmed in the desert in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Therefore, I think the tan uniforms are connected to that MV and are designed to be a continuation of their storyline, as a way to help them blend into the desert environment we see them in in "Jopping".) If SuperM is taking members from each of SM's groups and joining forces to take down the Red Force, even more evidence of this is the fact that in "One (Monster & Infinity)" you see Lucas floating in the air, which reminds me of his part in WayV's "Turn Back Time" MV, where he is suspended in the air as the fallen angel. And that part of the story possibly could even be connected to the scene where we see NCT/WayV member Xiaojun suspended in the air with wings in WayV's debut "Take Off" MV. The fact that SM has now officially partnered with Marvel to fully bring to life SuperM's concept of being the Avengers of Kpop, and because their storyline is supposed to be about creating an Avengers-like group to help EXO battle the Red Force, it only makes me more sure that SuperM's storyline and all the groups represented within SuperM are all connected to EXO's larger storyline and the SM Culture Universe. (When this MV first premiered, there was a special promotional clip in the beginning of the MV that advertised merchandise that was created by Marvel to promote SuperM.) At the end of the "One (Monster & Infinity)" MV, what you see are flashes of SuperM's pre-debut/ "Jopping" MV teasers and they were how the group was introduced and it showcased the members special powers and abilities and helped to establish the group's concept and storyline. Which was a lot like how EXO's storyline was started and has unfolded over the years. The last clip with Taemin and that LG phone, besides being a product placement ad, it's also clearly the next clue or piece of SuperM's storyline. I'm pretty sure that scene is meant to set up something that will become important in the future to continue SuperM's story. Plus, we see Kai and Taeyong using the same phone in the MV. (Those are real cellphones, which were a new make and model that was really for sale by LG at that time, they weren't just props in the MV.) In the MV, when you see Kai and Taeyong using the phone, it looks like they are looking at a map displayed on the screen. This could possibly be a map to help them navigate through the maze, which looks like they are in in "One (Monster & Infinity)". As part of EXO's storyline, the members of EXO are trapped in a maze by the Red Force and they are trying to find their way out. So, SuperM may be coming to help the other EXO members find their way out of the maze and to break the control the Red Force has over them, etc. Fun fact No. 2: Taemin's end teaser was even kept a secret from the rest of the SuperM members and they didn't know it was part of the MV until they watched the official MV during a special release party. And now, since the release of "One (Monster & Infinity)", we discovered that the symbol you see on Taemin's phone -- ae -- is actually the logo/symbol for aespa. aespa debuted Nov. 17, 2020, about 2 months after this MV was released. It now looks as though the end scene was meant to be a teaser for aespa's debut and designed to establish the group's connection to the SM Culture Universe. aespa's concept revolves around the fact that their name means "avatar experience" and each of the girls has an avatar character, so they also are superhero-like beings. We will have to wait to see whether aespa joins forces with SuperM or if they end up (joining Red Velvet?) becoming part of the Red Force. (Does the Black Mamba hacker/villain from aespa's storyline turn aespa evil so they join Red Velvet in their pursuit to take down EXO/SuperM? Or, does aespa defeat the "villain" and harness their powers to help EXO?) Therefore, on that note, I can't emphasize enough how important it is to pay attention to all of the storylines with all of SM's groups, because everything SM does is designed to connect storylines and plots, etc. And that includes EXO, Red Velvet, NCT/WayV, aespa, and maybe even Taemin's solo work and SHINee's storyline, as well as now all of SM's older groups and artists, such as Super Junior, TVXQ, BoA and Kangta, etc. If you think they sound amazing in the MV, just wait until you hear them perform "One (Monster & Infinity)" live. They can do all this while singing live and they sound even better than they do in the studio recording you just heard. And if you like their dancing, you should also check out the dance practice for "One (Monster & Infinity)".

SuperM has Taemin of SHINee, Baekhyun and Kai of EXO, and Taeyong, Ten, Mark, and Lucas of NCT. It was a time. If you're interested, NCT 127 and NCT Dream have their own Killing Voice appearances that I think you'd love like you loved EXO's. Basically NCT is a 20-membered group that mostly works as 3 active units and only congregate as a whole group for an album maybe every 1-2 years. It's easier to get into them by starting off with 1 unit first.

The one you kept pointing out was Taemin from SHINee!! (pronounced like Shiny) He's my ultimate bias out of all the kpop groups haha, so I loooove the appreciation for his skill! I saw this group's first ever concert, it was an incredible show! I was six feet away from him and he's just. stunning.
