Great stuff m8 squid have been going off at Port Hughes 6 Saturday morning and 8 decent wallaroo in afternoon 14 squid in 1 day. Great effort with the drone still a few kinks to sort out but I'm confident you got this...🇦🇺🤠👍👌
I haven't used my drones for fishing, but have dropped parachutes just for fun. Kids really love catching the parachutes when they come down. I've also dropped howler footballs, (American footballs) but they whistle like a bomb as they come down. Kids love that as well. Anyways, I really enjoyed your day at the beach with your drone even though you didn't catch anything. You did get some nibbles though.
Thanks... that sounds like some fun! It was a good day trying... I need to find some other locations and be prepared for the fish we're targeting. The drone is so much fun. Thanks for the positive feedback. It keeps me motivated!
Hey thanks Joseph. Yes I really like the drone and the gannet bait relese. I believe DJI have released their own much more affordable bait release. For a drone that I mainly want to use for getting video and some occasional drone fishing I love it. There are of course better fishing specific drones. So my only downside would be that as the Air2S isn't a waterproof / sealed drone, you have to taken really special care with the sand. But 90% of my time is not for fishing... Hope that helps. I'd just say, be clear on why you want a drone.
looked like an great day out in the sun. I am a bit confused by what you were trying to catch with the drone. I would have been targeting KG with the holes you were seeing.
