I've never tried a deep dish pizza before- but I think that's for the best. I'd absolutely lose my mind & all self restraint would go out the window if I had one of those in front of me haha. Thank you for the video!

New sub here. Great video. I love deep dish pizza. People have a misconception that the dough is super thick, but it's just the toppings that they stack high, it's the best, btw your cat is so cute

aww slim is the cutest! how old is he? what a cute babyyy!!! ... and omg you need to go to chicago and get real deep dish! fabulous!!!! or order some from goldbelly yum yum, but still not the same as to going there! this did look really good tho, i've seen flat pizzas that claim to be "deep dish" and im like wtf?! deep dish definitely needs fork and knife! the ones in chicago are sooo thicccc you can't even pick it up without it falling apart everywhere, so good!!! and the crust is everything yum! haha.. that jalapeno popper squirt was awesome LOL!!!!! haha i hoped you would eat a popper with the pizza!!! hope you had a great weekend!

Usually people eat deep dish with a fork and knife. That definitely helps with the messy factor.....

I’ve had it from Chicago and yours has much more sauce than I’ve ever had. Personally not enough credit is given to Detroit style pizza, now theres a pizza! 🤩

As much as I enjoyed watching you struggle your way through this, Chicago style deep dish pizza prompts the use of silverware. It is unlike the New York style pizza, which utilizes the fold-and-bite method of eating.
