I'm a 54 yo Army veteran, husband and girl dad (and a boy dad too). I've loved Taylor since Debut, which was also before my oldest was even 6 months old. I took the oldest to Rep as her first concert. I took the 4 of us minus the young lad to Eras. I get emotional to TS music, I even get emotional to reactors getting emotional to TS. It's called being human. People who think otherwise are playing at stuff that they really don't understand. I've seen the worst of humanity, itself a problem resulting from a lack of empathy, emotion and understanding. We could do with a lot more love and understanding and a lot less macho bullshit. I know, and completely agree, that the whole show, all the songs, and Taylor's way of being, both towards guest artists and her fans, throughout the entire 1989 tour is completely incredible. But when you also consider how positive she tries to be while we learn in 'Miss Americana' that it was a period where she wasn't eating, felt dizzy on stage, and felt bad about her own body, her performance on the tour reaches entirely new heights for me. I am SO happy to see her, now at the Eras Tour, where it looks like she is in a much better place

The performance with Wiz khalifa is a gotta see performance. We lost my baby cousin in a car accident. He was barely nineteen. He was more like a son to me as I raised him more than his parents (struggled with addiction). See you again was played at his funeral. The performance with them together is epic and the way their bodies literally shimmer/glow like golden diamonds at the end of the performance makes you think that literal angels are shining through them. It takes my breath every single time. Luke don't let anyone convince you that your emotions are wrong. That is something that nobody on this earth can completely control. As a E6 United States Marine Veteran even I can't and don't control my emotions. On the battlefield you have to. But not sitting here listening to Taylor. That's an impossible feat. I think it's beautiful to see you feel her words the way all of us fellow Swifties do. And we love you for it. What I love about this concert is when it is just her and her guitar singing with the audience, and not all the back up dancers and special effects. I love the close ups and seeing her expressions too! I also get emotional too, she is such an amazing singer/songwriter!🥲🥰

I have said it before, this concert brings back some of my favourite memories with my daughter. Her excitement leading up to the concert, increasing every day as it grew closer. Her and her best friends during the concert, singing and dancing the whole time, then the weeks, months and years later, she would ask if I remember the concert. She is grown-up now, ER nurse, and now has a 5 month old daughter to carry on the TS fandom. We went to Eras together, most likely my last concert with her. Next time TS visits Sydney, it will be my daughter and her daughter at the concert.

Sometimes I look at you and you are so entranced I can read in you face and eyes what you are saying and its such a gift to share that moment, its cool its the essence of a real reaction. The 1989 show in Sydney is still my favourite for crowd participation after all these years and even the amount of crowds in the Eras Tour, and let’s not forget this is all before the year long disappearance and everything she put up with from media land yet her fans made the 1989 tour what it was. Taylor’s comeback just gives me chills starting with Reputation all the way till now, look what she has built pretty much on her own getting the recognition now yet she’s still so humble❣️

W/ a lot of therapy & intentional work on myself, I try to speak w/ kindness & truth. It's difficult when many in your family of origin think that the kind truth is the worst insult. Her Midnights album made me raise an eyebrow towards her and made me want to go watch the Eras Tour Movie... but it's the Swifties that were in that movie theater who sucked me in... I actually posted some super crappy videos on my channel if you want to see what I'm talking about. But these girls and guys danced and sang their hearts out without a care in the world and they included me and my 6 year old daughter... they even gave her the 22 hat! Everything was magic in that theater that night and I'll be so thankful to those Swifties for changing my life forever. ❤❤❤
The amount of work she and her team did to reach out to other amazing artists special to the fans in the location of each concert venue…the coordination, just because she wanted each concert to be special for her fans. Mick Jagger was one of the first to do it and lent that star level of credibility to saying yes to her ask😀

I think the most thing that stood out to me about how amazing Taylor Swift is when she play acoustic set with her & just her guitar or piano. Its one thing to play guitar & sing songs with bunch of friends..but to do that infront of 70,000 ppl?? Tell me ANY other artists who has done EXACTLY that WITHOUT ANY backing band. And she never stop doing this from Speak Now World Tour.. which was ages ago. Clean is forever my best song of this album. Ever.
