One lesson I've learned while watching a lot of different Nate Smith videos on RU-vid is to never try to count. He will F you up every time! The guy is insane and just when you think he might've messed up, he's already back in the pocket and you're still trying to figure out the damn down beat again!

He Josh, I doubt you will see this comment one a video over a year old but I decided to post here anyway since Nate Smith is one of my favorite drummers. I just want you to know that the reason I love your channel so much is a couple of important things. First is that you watch the whole video/performance and critique it in real-time. It drives me absolutely bonkers with some of the other reaction youtubers who constantly pause the video so they can talk about it. The constant pausing and restarting makes me want to pull out what little hair I have left on top of my head! Second is that I appreciate that you put yourself down in the corner where you're big enough that I can clearly see your reactions but it doesn't impede the actual video we're watching. That's another pet peeve of mine with some other reaction youtubers because they blow up themselves to full-screen during the video and put the actual performance down in the corner. Why do they do that??? Anyway, I love the way you've been doing your videos and I watch everything you upload, even the non-reaction videos. You're a damn good drummer, too! Keep doing what you do and I'll keep watching, man. Cheers!
