Welcome back. We are om Oklahoma City at Universal Manufactured Homes, looking at the Myriad by Jessup Homes. This is a 1920 sq ft home with for beds and 2 baths. You have a nice master suite and the hallway to the kids rooms is no just wide but extra wide. For the price of this home you have to many many extras, including a large walk in pantry right next to the fridge.

Thanks Nate for this one! Nice tour of a mid grade home and price. I love the wide hallway. I don’t like the seams on the walls but I do understand the different grade levels. And this one is not bad. They could do it and keep price low as a hybrid too. But I really like it! ❤ Looking forward to more homes with different floor plans but similar pricing under $200k!

I can't wait for the factory tour and a four-part series is great! Although I don't like the finishes on this home, it has a shower and a bath tub and a place for a coffee pot! Great tour 😅

I like it, but I'd have to get better coving and skirting boards. I think they make a big difference. And if possible have the flooring over the join. And patio doors in the dining room. But the passage way is something else!

Yes it's a nice spacious home I don't ever like the utility door entering the guest bathroom, it's not needed.

Style wise i like this one but carpet in the livingroom stopping at the marriage line of the kitchen and then going down the hallways. Dont care for the hard wood floors. Also dont care for the look of the jimpsom walls. Looks like it needs to be mudd and taped. Dont really like that look. Otherwise i like the style of it. Great floor plan. Tho the laundry utility room is small. Id need mine bigger. But thats ok cause i dont need more than one extra bedroom. So mine would be only two bedroom home everything would be bigger.

I love the bath area and the large guest bath. I can't say the home gave me warm fuzzies, but it was a pretty smart layout and a decent price. Maybe due to high insurance here people can't afford high-end modular homes, and they don't sell well. Still, I know you found something great in Oklahoma that you are holding in your back pocket to wow us with. (Besides that big home for 125 that was a wow able price lol)

Yes you could if you were inclined to do so down the road to make it look better. I have thought about the same thing myslef when looking at a few of the wall board homes.
