We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I could absolutely see myself living in this home. You knocked it out of the park showing us this one Chance. An enclosed laundry area, a pantry, tile shower, separate little dining area, that ceiling and built in fireplace. Wow!! An amazing use of the space. And a very good price.

I helped move and install mobile homes here in Florida for almost 4 years and I can honestly say I never saw a single wide home as nice and well thought out as this one and more nicely trimmed out than high end doubles we were dealing with...I love this home and wish it was mine!

Even for a family. I have 4kids. I’d probably put my 3 boys in the Master and then my daughter in the middle room with my husband and I in the other end.

The two single wides I lived in growing up in the late 70's and 80's were far better with much better layouts. The last single wide had bay windows in my bedroom, open floor plan, big eat-in kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space and a place for either a store bought pantry or a decent sized china cabinet. A nice size main bathroom and a WOW master bath. 3 br, 2ba.The living room was big and you could set it up in so many different ways. Lots of windows throughout. I loved it. When I was in my mid 20's my husband and I bought a single wide. We had two small boys. It was a 2br 1ba but it was specious. The boys bedroom was huge. It held bunkbeds, twin size bed, toy box, easel, a small table with two chairs. It had a built in chest of draws and a nice size closet. Our bedroom held a queen size waterbed, dresser and also had built in chest of draws and still had room to walk. As well as his and hers closets. The bathroom was pretty big. My favorite feature in the bathroom was the mirrors. It had a big mirror in the middle and then mirror on the corner cabinets on each side of the big mirror which made styling the back of my hair so easy. The living room and kitchen was an open floor plan. The kitchen was an eat in kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space. The living room was large and furniture could be arranged in many different ways. I love open floorplans! BTW, the single wide my husband and I bought was not new, it was an old model. It was just done right.

Deer Valley is amazing. Love the ceiling. It's gorgeous. So is the flooring. The kitchen is very nice and love the cabinets. This home is warm and inviting. The pantry is fabulous. It's not often you get a pantry in a single wide. Love the master bath. The colors in this home are gorgeous 🥰🥰

Wow! I cannot believe what they can fit into a single wide now! This is beautiful. Love everything. Living room is beautiful and a good size. Kitchen is gorgeous with huge pantry and lovely dining area. An actual laundry room, master suite with large walk in closet and master bath. This is a WINNER! 😊❤️

this is wild, the floor plan for a single wide is very cool. Breaking it apart so that it isn't a big "hallway" you can look end-to-end really makes it seem more than a single.

This is beautiful. It's warm & rustic with a touch of 70s-80s nostalgia to me - but tastefully so. "Refined rustic" might best describe it. Just, wow... Love this home. And it does look like a home inside. Deer Valley did an amazing job designing this one. 💗

It's amazing how far these homes have come. With the layout in this particular home, it does not feel like it's a single wide. It seems much wider. The colors and decor are very attractive and the home seems very comfortable.

I have to say, if we were looking for a place to put on a piece of land, THIS would be the house we would get. Absolutely the most functional and nicest single-wide home I've ever seen. To be honest I wouldn't even consider a double or triple. I want the house intact when its moved. Great video Chance.

Chance, Wow! I really like the Deer Valley homes. One thing I am so happy about is that the walls did not have the trim piece most manufacturers put in between each wall board. I'm not crazy about the wire racks in the pantry or closets, but that's easily fixed. Great home. 😊

With Little Houses becoming the rage lately, I've wondered why people haven't looked into single wide trailers. The square footage is often the same, but it has so many more amenities. I'd pick one over a Tiny House every time.

Oh Chance, showing these amazing singlewide homes just makes choosing harder! I love the rustic wood look, the overhead beams, the kitchen, (especially the double door frig.), even as a single person, that is a must. The pantry is awesome, and I love that there is a dining area. I love that the utiltee room has a door you can shut against the noise of the washer and dryer. The large walk in shower is ideal except for a seat. This is another home that would be just perfect for me.

This house is crazy good!! So much in it and it looks amazing. I could see living here, absolutely. It would be a great retirement home, or for a childless single couple, like my husband and I. One office and a spare bedroom for visitors. Perfection! And wow...that ceiling!! 😍

You got me, had me believing it was going to be a two-bedroom because in your intro you showed the homes floor plan as a two-bedroom, maybe next time. Only my opinion, I think she felt that some of the decor was distracting. In my opinion the facility was a little too busy, I prefer the more modern design you show some of your. Personally believe if this had a modern look, it would have been knocked out of the park.

LOL ! In 1972, I bought a 12x52 "Honeymoon Special" paid $5,500.00, kept it for 2 years sold it for 5k loved living, "The Mobile home Life" !! Did I mention that it had Shag carpeting? Cajun

Love this singlewide. The attention to detail is fabulous, love the softened somewhat rounded edge to the exposed wall edges finish. Instead of the normal sharp line/edge it just lends a softness to the finish without being sloppy. The eat in area is very different being set up before the master instead of being part of the living room space and the walk through galley kitchen layout! That smaller bedroom location is perfect for a home office. Nice price too!

When I was young and starting my career, from 1986 thru 1993 we bought and lived in a Skyline single wide 14'x'70. It was good living and despite the fact I now live in a contemporary single family home on an acre of land, now that we are approaching retirement, I would give serious consideration to going back to what I always called my fine living mobile home days. (I know they really aren't mobile, but it was in a what was called a Mobile home park when I lived in my single wide back in the 80's and early 90's). This one in the video is very appealing!

i bought mine used 2000 for like 2500 bucks 2x6 walls, upgraded from factory 2x4 roof. gutted remodeled front to back just as gorgeous as this home for half the price in the end. thats the way to go its truly yours in the end far as way it ends up

I think this is the best single wide mobile I have see. The design layout is excellent. I love the windows, especially in hallway! The only thing I would change as a personal preference, is the kitchen countertops. I prefer a solid lighter color. But, it's still nice. I would definitely consider buying one of these. Good job!

No matter how good they make them look, when you buy one and get it set up you are going to find eventually that these things are built using the absolute cheapest materials and are put together as quickly as possible. It seems they push for high output low quality work or do the best you can in the short time you have to complete your part. I am living in my second mobile home and it was not by choice but price and expedience because of a natural disaster. Try having a tub that only has luke warm water and won't drain, a shower you constantly have to unstop. Found out the drain on the tub to the drain pipe is actually above the floor of the tub. You don't find these things till it's too late. My brother bought a double wide after a flood and has had constant trouble with his and don't even think of calling about it. Mobile home sales people are as bad as used car salesmen after it leaves the lot

Wow! They really accomplished a lot with this single wide! The pantry is a real asset and as big as or bigger than what you find in some homes. This would be a good starter home or empty nester home for someone with a limited budget.

This is one of the best single wides that you've featured. I remember two others that were memorable. I think one was a resale, maybe repossessed. Another had a really nice dining area. I seem to remember arches in that home. I may have to go look for it... 🙂
