If you're looking for an unforgettable fly fishing adventure, then look no further than the St. Joe River in Idaho. Join us for four days of exploring this beautiful river and trying your hand at catching some of the area's prized fish.
Our group of friends set out to explore the St. Joe River, and we were not disappointed. The river's crystal-clear waters and stunning scenery make for the perfect setting for a fly fishing trip. We spent our days wading through the river, casting our lines, and reeling in some of the biggest fish we've ever seen.
Not only was the fishing incredible, but camping along the St. Joe River was an experience in itself. We set up camp right alongside the river, surrounded by towering trees and wildlife. The peaceful sounds of the water flowing by were the perfect backdrop to our evenings spent cooking up our catch of the day over an open fire.
In this video, we'll take you along on our journey as we fly fish the St. Joe River for the first time. You'll see firsthand the beauty of the river and the thrill of catching some of the biggest fish of your life. So come along with us and experience the magic of fishing the St. Joe River for yourself.

Love the film, man! I’m curious if you have an approach to exploring new watersheds when you’re doing a trip like this or if it’s more of a let’s-go-get-lost-in-an-amazing-area type strategy. I’m always curious how other folks approach this good problem to have, so many awesome waters and so little time.

I usually end doing a combination of youtube research, google maps, calling shops, and pinging friends that have fished that area before. After that its just wander around and explore!

@@TheFlyFishingFilmmaker Same here. It’s a bit of an underappreciated art form getting to know new waters. Anywho, appreciate the channel and content, here’s to what’s around the next bend!
