Nahhh, don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Tupac and his music and the messages in them and the way he shed light on a life style and trying to uplift others going through it too, but Kendrick is the person to carry the torch of his and honestly in my opinion, is better than Tupac, but no denying there wouldn't be a Kendrick Lamar without Tupac
@MrAllie-bf6zt
@MrAllie-bf6zt Месяц назад
@@maxviclomax9327I disagree. Kendrick doesn't have the swagger Tupac had. Tupac had not only rap skills but acting skills and was an activist. Tupac was a poet and gifted actor. Not many rappers can achieve that, especially in such a short time as Tupac with all his achievements done and became a household name by the age of 25. And most notably without any social media or internet because it didn't even exist at the time. And on top of that, damn near 30 years later, even the younger generation as you can see here is listening to his work from the 90's. Now that says a lot!

You gotta understand this whole 'he wasn't a real gangster' mentality shouldn't take away from the message he was preaching. He was an arts kid who became a victim of his reality. This was the truth for many kids back then. I always felt like he leaned into that 'Thug Life' level to pull people out of that struggle, and help shift their mentality. Don't get it twisted though, this is the same man who shot two police officers and got away with it.

Y'all need to educate yourselves before speaking on things you don't know about. Pac was born IN JAIL. His mom was a black panther and a crack head and moved them around from city to city chasing the high anyway possible. He went to a school for arts to try and make a legitimate life for himself and the law wouldn't let him. The media and the law attacked him every step of the way. When he moved to Marin county he got in tight with the California crew and was adopted into the street life. He SHOT TWO COPS IN ATLANTA who were in illegal possession of firearms from evidence using them to stick ppl up and were in the middle of shaking down an innocent woman and pac shot them both down. He fought court case after court case. His tours were planned around his court appearances. And in the night he was killed suge whispered in his ear that's the guy that stole one of our chains and without hesitation in front of thousands of ppl stomped out Orlando Anderson. Then later died for it. And his last words rather than saying who did it were " fuck you" to the police. To say pac wasn't thugging is just beyond disrespectful to his legacy. It is beyond cringe this is a rap reaction channel and y'all are so out of tune with real rap and it's history

Your grandma is a smart woman. Tupac made an impact on all kinds of people all over the world. He was fearless. He was a genius at communicating about issues that are still relevant today. He was quick to humble himself when necessary. There's a reason why there have been college theology classes that studied Tupac music and interviews. At 23 years old he was already making references about Trump's greed and communicating about how he couldn't understand why churches are so big and collect money every Sunday, and there are homeless people on the street. He felt the churches should focus more on helping people in need of help instead of throwing money into material things. I feel he could have been a Prophet 🙌. ☮️💖🕊️✝️

I love these guys….I wish I could give them a Time Machine. Just so they could see where TuPac was coming from. He wasn’t just intelligent & gifted…..he was a rebel & a revolutionary. He speaks about the 1% vs the 99……the way race, religion, class etc was weaponized to divide us as people. He spoke to people through music, Martin Luther King had a different approach & platform but they addressed the issues & problems in our society.

Watching a new generation experience 2 Pac’s is awesome. I always wondered if he’d have stayed at the top if he was still around. I was a 14 yr old white girl in Iowa and I cried when he died. I still hold out hope in the conspiracy theories around his last album and dying on Friday the 13th that he’s really living on an island somewhere.

This song helped me through dark times in my adolescent years. Tupac music always felt like life lessons from a father . I did know my father but he wasn’t their. And tupacs music helped guide me to being a man since i went to live on my own when i was 17 im now 30 years old. I live a good life i work have a house and hobbies . And left the street life behind me living the good life for all my homies that aren’t around anymore or in prison

Don’t get it twisted. Pac was harder than 99% of gangsters. Just because we wasn’t actually banging, it doesn’t mean he wasn’t about it. Pac was a real one. Not perfect, but insanely real, which is why he was so respected by everyone except those that were jealous or fearful of him.

Most young people today, may not be able to understand this but Tupac had not only rap skills but acting skills and was an activist. Tupac was a poet and gifted actor. Not many rappers can achieve that, especially in such a short time as Tupac with all his achievements done by the age of 25. And most notably without any social media or internet because it didn't even exist at the time. And here it is nearly 30 years later and a whole new generation is listening to his work from the 90's. That says a lot!

PAC was born in NY moved to Baltimore for a couple years then spent most of his time in the bay. That’s where he picked up all his street smarts. He was both book smart and street smart. He says in many interviews the bay is where he learned a lot of things. People in Cali just different but ESPECIALLY in the Bay. RIP Tupac ❤

2Pac was super smart and went to school. His music was all about representing all the different levels of being black so some of it was him speaking for others, and some of the came straight from his experiences and his heart.

I can only imagine what he could and would have accomplished had he lived longer. If yall get a chance take a look at his song "My Block". Thank you for the time you put into your content and reactions guys.

Dead at 25 with his entire life ahead of him. So LOVED by all sorts of people. He brought people real hope and spoke and rapped straight from his heart. He had a lot to give the world and somebody just gunned him down. And people know who did it, they just aren't talking. No justice and that's phucked up.
