Glad you liked Hakka! He's only been around for 3 months, but he's already stolen a lot of hearts! Raven's Paradigm is his own original song he made for debut. If you wanna hear more metal/rock songs from him I'd recommend his cover of Living Ghost is Alive, and his cover of Killing Me. He also covered Sentimental Feelings of Love which is a power ballad, and Märchen Boyfriend and Märchen Girlfriend which is another cover he did with his genmate Flayon

He is a Spanish speaker as first language and joined hololive on the English branch as a holostar, this was his first song and was released right as he debuted as a streamer, he has another cover song too, but yes this is his style of music, scream metal rock music.

Hakka came out hard with this song on his debut and it was such a nice change of pace because he is the first talent in either Hololive and Holostars to really come out with a heavy metal song. It really signaled that Hololive Production (both Hololive and Stars) had an idol who could tap into this style. These guys at Cover just know how to pick their talents. They always find someone new and fresh in every generation. Hakka is a very chill guy himself, he's also the first idol that comes from a Latino background, and so the first proper Spanish speaking idol in Holo Pro. Another great addition to the group.

Day 2 of recommendations: Holostars new YATTA cove song. The holobros are as talented as the girls are, when they first were announced, they had a lot of controversy around them, but the moment I saw their leader (aka regise Altar) and yes they call themself a guild, I know we were in for a treat and my God I was correct for once in my life🤣 Hakka is so talented when it comes to rock and heavy metal, and I am happy you finally start with a real solo holostar reaction and not just a collab ❤

I LIVE FOR HIS SCREAM. This guy vocal length is out of the moon. He does not only screams metal in the songs he covered. He can also just sings cute and beautiful voices in other songs. And he even casually sing opera in a voice game. You should check out his other songs. I recommend the latest one, a cover of Killing Me from SiM. Also Living Ghost is Alive is really good too.

Hakka has an unexpectedly good voice, great to listen to. Not only does his voice suit rock or more metal songs, but when listening to him on karaoke he also sings other types of songs really nicely. For me, this is a really cool surprise. Well, and Hakka is a holostar bird. Speaking of hololive birds, I'm still surprised that Nanashi Mumei hasn't appeared yet, she sings really well, and she has great songs whether it's the original "A New Start" or covers. She has a lot of covers like from DECO*27 or others, also she has duets with Kiara or with Bae. I hope she will appear in the near future.

for holostars recs: definitely check out the rest of hakka's covers on his channel, especially his KILLING ME cover. rikka from the JP side has a wonderful voice & original songs, but since others have already listed his stuff, i recommend listening to izuru kanade! his voice is very unique. i recommend his original song, monologue in a row, plus his covers: spinning sky rabbit, aishite aishite aishite, & juggernaut! (as a bonus: shien kageyama's mafia + shanti covers are very good imo lol)

Yeah Haka is totally into heavier stuff when it comes to music, which made me really happy, becasue while the Jpop / light Jrock style covers of the others are usually amazing, I did miss having some heavy stuff in Holo and Haka delivered. If you ever come back to Haka and want something even heavier (with some nice scream vocals) I do recommend his Utsu-p cover, "Living ghost is alive".

Banzoin Hakka is the exorcist of the Guild Tempus (Holostars English), like all of Tempus, he lives in a "Digital world" called Utopia, specifically in the region of Xenokuni, it seems that at some point he was infused with the data of a "Karasu Tengu" or a Crow Tengu, which has given him extreme agility and power but at the cost of slow corruption (His right arm is a purplish dark as well as his hand is very sharp) and it seems like it is a painful and maddening blessing/curse as he is no quite himself anymore, and so this song represents that inner struggle as he calls upon every god and ounce of his being to keep himself from being overcome and to help him continue to fight both demons/ghosts as an Exorcist, as well as helping Guild Tempus fight the "Records of Corruption" that flood Utopia. This is all official lore btw and I love it lol.

I love hakka and its fulfilling see that for the first time a native spanish speaker was selected as one of the talents of holo. Something that i love of hololive is that they are on lot of langs and they keep expanding, i would be not surprised (but very excited? yes of course) of having a holoES or something like that And if not, at least now with hakka there is one native speaker, he knows spanish, japanese and english. he also knows screaming (gutural technique) and also loves metal (my favourite music family)🤘 btw, i'm spanish

I'll be honest, this song might be really good, I think it is the weakest song on Hakka's channel... But that's my biais speaking here. "Living ghost is alive" and "killing me" are right up my alley and he did sucha stellar job covering them, this one pale in comparison in my opinion. Since you started reacting to Nijisanji songs, I might have a recommendation you'll really like. On Maria Marionette's channel, this April 1st, she publish a cover she did with her firend Ike Iveland and I found it very impressive. If you are wondering, yes it is a kind of april fools, but but mostly because of the art in the video. The song is called "Inkya Impulse" and it is the ending to a very funny anime called "Asobi Asobase" Try it, I'm sure you won't regret it at all.
