TBH I feel sad for Brittany. Her first blockbuster hit they had her dressed up like a very young teenage girl in an over sexualized school uniform. They autotuned the crap out of her voice because she can’t sing. She had a series of significant mental health events that were all caught by the paparazzi lens. I wasn’t in court. I can’t say what happened between her and her dad but right now she’s living alone because her kids want nothing to do with her. That’s incredibly sad. My thoughts go out to her that she gets the help she needs. 🧡Tara

@@Doyouandshutup Joan Jett is an iconic female rockstar since she started with The Runaways and rocked lead guitars with Lita Ford, another female rock legend, in 1976. Joan Jett and The Blackhearts, where she is the lead singer, and lead axe to this day were inducted to the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame in 2015 for their vast array of over 40 top 20 rock ‘n’ roll crushes. People are just saying that Britney should’ve left this song alone. There is no possibility that as a “pop princess”, your words not mine, could ever hold a candle to Joan Jett’s iconic version which has sold over 10 million copies. Britney’s version sold less than 10k copies. As a stated above, I feel sad for Britney Spears. She was used for her body and her beauty and over sexualized at an extremely young age. She went from the Mickey Mouse Club to a very young teenage girl dressed up highly sexualized in a school uniform. She had multiple mental health emergencies that were photographed by a plague of paparazzi. None of whom had the decency to put down their cameras and try and help her. I wasn’t at the courthouse during these hearings and neither was anybody else here so we can not speculate on that. As it stands now it’s public knowledge that her kids prefer to live with their father and Hawaii. She is making videos of extremely bizarre behavior that are worrisome to a lot of people who just want her to get the help she needs. I wish nothing but the best for both Joan and Britney as they continue their life journeys. ❤Tara
