This is one of the best versions of this song. CCR has always been one of my favorites. John Fogerty has one of the most unique & recognizable voices around. They don't have a bad song! Great song to react to for Halloween or any day! While I was dating the woman I am now married to I gave her this song on a mixed tape I made for her because it was true and still is (that she cast a spell on me)! For their most heartfelt and emotional song you may want to consider reacting one day to CCR doing "Someday Never Comes". A great lesson for any parent.
One of CCRs best like "I Heard It Through The Grapevine" and "Born On The Bayou". But have you heard/seen the original from "Screamin Jay Hawkins". When Angelina Jordan starts her cover, or should I say homage, of this she is seen with a mug with Screamin Jay on it.

You need to listen to Creedence Clearwater Revival born on the bayou. You will be shocked and amazed by his voice in this song. He sings with much more soul!! Live version is best. I am surprised no one suggested it!!! This was and is a huge hit. So much soul and grit in his voice. PLEASE react to the live version. Power? You _have_ to do the long version of "Suzie Q". Studio cut is 8 minutes, but there's a 10-minute live version that is great. Usually I don't recommend the live versions, but this is an exception.
