Codfish has very nice original melodies and bass sounds but there are lots of beatboxers who have better technical skills than him. His style is appealing to casual listeners which is why his videos are so much more popular than others. He is a legend for what he has done for the growth of the community. I wouldn't say he is one of the most skilled beatboxers though. Dlow has most certainly surpassed him since GBB2018.
