Codfish and the "respectful" opponent are actually close friends irl and they've made a song together. And his opponent (D-Low) even used their song in this battle, so they were messing around having fun. D-Low even accidentally backed up into Codfish during his performance, so he stopped his lyrics to say, "Sorry Bruv" and kept going.

Yo that's dope that you are checking out beatbox stuff and if you liked this I know you would love what I wanna recommend. In my opinion I know that codfish is a legend but he is really just a good introduction to beatboxing for people that haven't heard much of it. His routines are easy to listen to and understand. Basic but effective. But you really need to see some of the stuff a lot of other beatboxers are doing these days. The online battles from this year have been so crazy! You really need to check out sbx kickback battle top 10 drops solo. You would really enjoy it bro I promise!
