Tony Pizarro produced this song. In an interview he said that after Pac heard the original beat he had Tony add the (twang riff chord) that you hear after every bar. Pac thought that note sounded like what crying felt like. It's the little details and creativity that Pac and Tony saw that also makes this song more expressive and meaningful.
