Em's aggressive flow on this track is unmatched. Don't get me wrong he's come out with some pretty hard ass songs after this one, but something about the cadence and the rawness in Soldier makes you feel like he's trying to punch you through the speakers.

Slept on Em song this joint is so damn hard. The pistol whipping lines were true it was about an incident where during his beef with ICP someone that worked for ICP saw Em in a car shop in Detroit & confronted him about the disses he did to ICP. It escalated & Em pistol whipped dude & caught a case over it. So Em wasnt frontin in those first 2 verses.

This one's hard to get if you don't know the history behind it. There's a skit before this song that makes it clearer called The Kiss. He got into some trouble with guns and did allegedly pistol whip a bouncer he caught his wife Kim kissing at a club. That charge was dropped in exchange for a guilty plea to the weapons charges in that particular case. He actually released this album while he was on probation 💀 he calls out the judges in his cases several times lol! He's also reacting to the media coverage. They were trying to make him out to be a thug instead of just being fkn crazy at the time. The whole thing was a media circus. He really was nuts those first few years, doing really stupid stuff. Going from being pretty much homeless to the biggest star in the world in a year or two, i get it. Thanks for your reaction. If you haven't done Hallie's Song I'd love to see that one.

As sad as it sounds I appreciate it when another demographic also thinks that Eminem is one of the greatest rappers or the greatest rapper. I don't even bother stating it anymore because it immediately gets turned into a race thing. People think because I'm white and I grew up in the projects that that I automatically think he is the best because he is also White. So f****** stupid. If you put all of the top rappers together put them on a stage and had it set up like they do on The voice.
