I'm bout 11 months late over here, but just had to say......I've heard this song at least 100x. The trick is to bounce back n fourth between vowel sounds and consonants. If a word (or syllable) ends with a vowel sound the next word needs to start with a consonant and vice versa. It doesn’t come out as smooth if you double vowel sound or double consonant. There are some exceptions but that’s the general rule when it comes to chopping (rapping fast).
