Well to be fair to Ronnie , the priest did try to do an exorcism on him haha ! Ronnie is an all round singer / artist , there is literately nothing he can do , Rap , Growl , Heavy , Mellow . He has an incredible voice range !! An mixing genres is what he does best , so on that note U should deff do the trilogi , if U havent yet -.Losing My Mind , Losing My Life , Drugs , in that order ! U should also check out ; Im Not A Vampire / Im Not A Vampire Revamped , The Drug In Me Is U / The Drug In Me Is Reimagined . Its songs . from their debut album , that they redid 10 years after , exactly same lyrics , but totally diff versions ! U never really know what Ur gonna get listening to a song from this this band , for the first time . One thing U can be sure off is high quality music videos , great stories , and totally bangers ! Hope U will react some more to this band !

First time Im hearing this song and it's wild. They go from rap, to hard rock to almost like screamo (I'm unfamiliar with that area of rock) in 1 song and honestly actually made it work.

I agree the song is okay. I like it. But it’s not top tier for me. But the transitions, from where it starts to where it ends up…that is pretty high up there for me and why I enjoy it the most.

I totally agree with your take about the classics like RATM. Nothing wrong with this FIR song, but a lot of its appeal is how much of a production feat it is. On the other hand, Killing in the Name Of is so raw and real and witnessing your ability to discern that is why ppl are drawn to your reactions.

I feel like Popular Monster might be the next FIR step, but maybe the Trilogy could be better down a rock journey. Also too maybe if your looking for more rock, Avenged Sevenfold, or if your feeling really crazy Motionless In White or something like that.

One thing about Ronnie is that he is a musical and symbolic genius. There's definitely more to this song than what meets the eye. Ronnie isn't afraid to speak his mind and be himself. he's often misunderstood and judged by society because he doesn't conform. He calls out society for using fear to control people and how that has created a monolithic society. This is about taking your power back and embracing who you are. i understand the genre may not be for everyone but the message is powerful.

It's a good "boil the frog" song for people that are cool with aggressive rap but don't get metal (yet). I go the other way, in that rap is not my jam, until you throw some double bass under it and now we're going somewhere.
