Clearly you have no idea about the movie nor the song…in the movie, Prince’s father was abusive…he tries to “unalive himself “ and when this was performed his father was in a medically induced coma…the concept of this song is “deliverance from your evils.”…to trust yourself to a higher power. The crowd has the exact response expected for what was happening. Excellence of a true musician being vulnerable.
