In the uk we love club beats and the fact that ren can rap over it with bars cadence and flows with flows shows how multi talented he is . Here not every rap has to be done on a certain beat . I’ve learnt that Americans really want rap to stay with a rap beat and every other genre kept separate. Here we love different

FISHER, Paul Nicholas Fisher, is an Australian music producer. The EDM original version of "Losing It" was nominated for a Grammy for Best Dance Recording. Rap & EDM collaborations have been happening for years, example: A$AP Rocky rapped over an EDM beat on "In Distress" in 2014

Yes he makes his own beats, plays guitar, drums, bass, and piano, writes his own lyrics, beat boxes, raps and sings, and shoots his own videos. He does it all, and generally does it well.

the phrase "over their heads" springs to mind at times with some of these reactions, but I get it, this hits different to the music, the "normal beat".... aint just some dude with "I'm a gansta" rapping in 1/2 time over someone else's beat with tired lyrics... Ren is a musical genius and a lyrical poet... bardcore for sure... Ren makes his own beats unless it's a retake, which is when he challenges himself to make a rap that will fit over someone else's beat. It's good fun. I'm listening to his more musical stuff like, "Power", "Ocean", and "Humble" these days. Thanks for giving this Fisher retake a chance.

He's posted a small handful of tracks that he calls 'retakes. This is where he takes an existing beat, in this case from an EDM track, by Fisher, remixes it, adds in a dew new touches and then raps over the top. He just makes them for fun, for himself but he sometimes posts them. Most of his tracks though are Ren originals and on those he sets up the audio for recording, lays down all the music/beats/audio, plays all the instruments and creates all the background audio, often with his voice and does all the production. :)

So it's not fully his beat, but he did a "retake" of it or how we say in the states "remix". It's an EDM beat, "a dance beat". If I remember correctly (correct me if I'm wrong plz) this was a big dance beat like late 90's early 2000's .... Anyway, yes, the bars are ridiculously crazy in this one and his flow/cadences are 💯🔥!!! Awesome reaction again guys!! #renmakesmusic

Any of Ren's "Retake's" are remixes of other songs with his own lyrics/spin on them. Ren has a few genre's of music he spans across and a few styles per genre. So it's all good if you don't feel one as much as the others. Keep doing what you guys do!

This is so much fun. Silly, goofy, fun. He's still spittin thru it better than many industry artists tho. Personally, I love this & when he does his Beastie Boys -isms.... fun, upbeat, yet still with undeniable skill on show. :) Oh, & by the way, here in the UK (& thru Europe) we're very familiar with house/dance/EDM music - it's been pretty mainstream here since the '90s, & having someone spit over the top of it like this is not a new thing. I have some fond memories of going to Shamen, Prodigy etc. shows back in the day. ;)

Yeah this is EDM with rapping over the top, not really hip hop. I mean it’s fun and he’s obviously experimenting with different beats but it’s just not my vibe. EDM is not my thing… at all. Try ‘Life is Funny’, ‘Dear God’, ‘Money Game part 1 and 2 (especially part 2), ‘Hold On’, ‘Power’, Crucify Your Culture’ or ‘What you Want’. EDIT: yeah he makes most of his beats (apart from this) - talented producer too.

Yes he mixes his own music and he remixed this old beat. You're giving Ren 4s? I hope your scale only goes up to a 5 and not to a ten.
