That really sounds awful & you have my deepest condolences, I'm sure that horrible experience was something that you can't put to rest after all these years!!! At least Kelly knows you loved her!!! Rose Royce has a great voice & wonderful songs. I'm so deeply sorry!!! I just can't believe that someone can be so heartless & cruel to take a 9 year old's life. It had to be so hard on her mom losing her daughter & husband!!! 😔😇💙🙏🏻🕯️💐🕊️

The GROUP is Rose Royce; the (female) lead that absolutely MURDERED this is Gwen Dickey... and yeah, she'll cause you to have absolute chills when she's singing this. (This was also covered by Faith Evans with Mary J. Blige, and also Madonna.) Rose Royce's biggest/most well-known song is "Car Wash," but they have some AMAZING ballads: "I Wanna Get Next to You" (my personal favorite), "I'm Going Down" (covered by Mary J. Blige), "Ooh Boy" (sampled a LOT), and "Wishing on a Star," which is an absolutely beautiful song.

Take a walk on the wild side, Lou Reed, a good song but some people, now a days, some people might get offended but this wasn't a bad thing back in the 70's.
