According to Maven’s RU-vid channel, Maven did a sneaky favor to Punk cuz someone vouched for Punk and saying he had potential, so Maven did a “unintentional” time waste to avoid Punk taking the pinfall due to time limitations, if y’all want a better explanation check Maven’s video explaining it 😅
@@---zc4qt Yep. Warrior did the same to defeat him. The Urn made him Stronger but when used against him it was also his Weakness. The only time it didn't work against him was at WrestleMania where he's at his most Powerful.
That shows how much respect the WWE locker room and Undertaker had for Tito Santana. That Spain show was in Spain's largest indoor venue that held around 18k people.
Wow Jericho actually used the LIONTAMER on Daniel Bryan (because of his height). The Liontamer is his vertical Boston crab with the knee on the back , the Walls of Jericho is a simple Boston Crab. The reason he changed it was because wrestlers in WWE were bigger when he started and couldn't pull a Lion Tamer off people taller than him (and he isn't THAT short). The Liontamer always looked way cooler and more brutal. The only 'regular' Boston Crab that I liked was the Canadian Maple Leaf that Lace Storm used, but it was a single leg Boston crab.
hey tap out corner, i hope you and your channel is doing good. i am requesting that you can make a video just about the great khali facts and info, if you have not already done one, i have seen the bell to bell one and i think you should make a video with all your mentions of the great khali and shorts about him. thanks, iby
Don't know if it was ever true, but back in the day announcers always said that Tatanka had the longest winning streak from his debut. So whoever pinned him deserves some credit, no?
Lots of the losses from the listed ones were on c shows. Punk was actually beat by LOD before his match with Raven and Val Venis pinned him first. Ambrose also lost first to MNM. Again ball Venus pinned him first. 10:43
So past gimmicks don't count for Isaac Yankem or Husky Harris, but they do for frenchman Hunter Hearst Helmsley? Its kinda weird to consider things like that
Super Stars defeating Icons tally Undertaker 4 Savio Vega 3 John Cena 2 Daniel Bryan 2 Randy Orton 2 Roman Reigns 2 Michael McGillicutty 1 Hunico 1 Camacho 1 Drew McIntyre 1 Kane 1 RVD 1 Jimmy Uso 1 Jey Uso 1 R Truth 1 Zack Ryder 1 Justin Gabriel 1 Darren Young 1 Titus O'Neil 1 Kofi 1 Doph Ziggler 1 Fatu 1 Henry Godwinn 1 Kurt Angle 1 Y2J 1 Road Dog 1 The Rock 1 Maven 1 Simon Dean 1 Hardcore Holly 1 Lance Storm 1 Ultimate Warrior 1 Tito Santana 1 Bo Dallas 1 Dean Ambrose 1
No one ever mentions that the U Warrior beat the Undertaker in a Body-Bag match in 1991. I wish more matches and history from the 80s and 90s could be shown. In my opinion, pro wrestling greatly declines after 1997.
Yea but Dean Ambrose a.k.a Moxley had a match vs Val Venis in 2007. and Bray Wyatt performed as Husky Harris. And Daniel Bryan had a match vs Jamie Noble at 2003
Not to get off subject but I think that there's a very good chance that Damien Priest may very well lose his title at this coming PPV "Clash at the Castle". I think that Finn and JD just may betray him and kick him out of the JD faction. It makes a lot of sense. McIntyre is wrestling in his home country, Finn and JD are Irish born and Drew is Scottish who are very close to Irish. All are European wrestlers. Idk I just have a feeling. Drew just resigned with WWE. He lost last "Clash" to Roman. And I think he's getting his moment this time around. It's definitely my prediction. Anyone else?
HHH went on a rough streak. Punishment for the "Curtain Call". Tge only actual victim of the incident. As Shawn wasn't punished at all due to the fact he was the champ.
The WWE has erased some of the Undertaker's losses along the way. Tito Santana? Doesn't count. Ultimate Warrior in a body bag match? Doesn't count. Hulk Hogan on the Hulkamania 6 VHS tape? Doesn't count. Hulk Hogan at the Tuesday in Texas PPV? Doesn't count. Yokozuna in a casket match at the '93 Royal Rumble? Doesn't count. Mabel at King of the Ring '95? _FIRST MAN TO EVER DEFEAT THE UNDERTAKER!_ _(Now let's proceed to do absolutely nothing with King Mabel.)_
