Going through Duolingo's Greek lessons, I was stunned that way more English words had Greek roots than I thought. The conjugation isn't fun, but it's the accent marks that really drive me nuts.

I think more of the "nai" like a quick short "ye" (from "yeah"), so it makes sense to me, also very easy to quickly say yes :D "Oxi" on the other hand being "no" is bigger and more drawn out as a word and emphasizes negative response imo. Also it has an X in it :D Hope you explode and try greak again one day :D

Hello! The actual truth if if u didn’t figure out what cheese meant, it’s actually said as “tiri” or to be more precise, tee-ri, I am greek and it is quite a hard language to figure out! 🤣 once u know a bit of Greek it will be WAY easier and u will start to only make mistakes by rushing, but trust me man, don’t get started on Greek gods and their past, it’s so hard. You cant remember anything 😂😂😂

I love Greek mythology though, I wouldn't be able to NOT learn about their myths and stories if I immersed myself in Greek.

I’ve been binge-watching your videos, bro, and even after having watched them all already, I still continue rewatching- typically on repeat please never stop making these (I do hope you level up though, like make it more challenging in the future and not just finishing one level but all levels of every topic in a language)
