Fun little fact about this song. The title is a bit of inside joke between the band. Justin brought this bass line into the studio, and the bandmates laughed and said it sounded like Jambi from PeeWee's Playhouse. Mekka Lekka High, Mekka Hiney Ho... and now we have this masterpiece. Edit: another little anecdote, my son was born in 2008, caught my first tool show a few months prior, and as I left the hospital to get my wife some decent food I had this playing on the radio. My boy had been born the day prior, and had jaundice. Poor little fella had to stay under those uv lights and had the little blindfold on. Everything about this song took on a whole new meaning for me. I wept like a widow singing every lyric at the top of my lungs. It was a surreal experience for me, and I've never been able to look at this song the same since. God damn I love Tool. They are our Tool to use in our lives. This song is beyond the amazing mark. So far beyond it it’s insanity. Every time I see them in concert (since this came out) I pray to the Tool gods that they’ll play this one. And they always seem to make me happy.

check it out in m'man; I don't usually talk in terms of favorites, but let's just pretend for a minute so as to make a point- you've been becoming familiar with two of my top three... Rage and Tool- you are ready for the Third. they are as different from these two as these two are from each other, and I've noticed many folks have these three at the top of their list. the third group I speak of is... System of a Down. their level of badassery is so extreme I despair at attempting to describe it, except possibly to say that (only my humble opinion of course) system contains the best Rock vocals ever... which is hard to imagine in the presence of these two, but just wait till you hear. they are armenian-american and they deal with Some heavy s***. the lyrical content is just as severe as these other two yet totally different... any System will do. peace be upon you, sir. and hey- I know there are some folks out there who know what I'm talking about... how about somebody who sees this go ahead and suggest some system songs for our man to react to. rock on my friends.
