SO glad to see a vlog from Kush again! Little baby is too cute & I can see in the vlog you trying your best to juggle everything, expectation, the unknown, everything new & all the change parent life has brought but just keep loving & accepting the challenges & take each moment in, it's all new to you both! Stay strong & keep loving 💪♥️
Great little vlog and your looking well, nice to see you vlogging again , I always enjoy them , thank you koa is thriving and growing sooo fast 💙, I gave my youngest food at 5 months he was also very hungry, and messy ! He’s now 17 and still the same 😂💙🫶🏻🌻🌶
please know you're allowed to want to lose weight even if it's for aesthetics!!! all you've done is added mom to the list of hats you wear! you're still a beautiful women who is allowed to want to look great!
Don't rely on that app instinct better just set set nap times and meal times daily and bed same time did with my daughter and she would wake up twice night after months slept all night
Hey Kushi, love the look of your tofu bagel, please tell how you cooked the tofu, maybe airfried? and what is the sauce (firecracker?) that you used please? Also fully understand why you have started weaning the little one. Back when I was a young Mum weaning was at 3 mths and all 3 of mine were ready even before that to try proper food. I do think it helps the little ones to try different veggies etc earlier ❤ Lovely to see you back, you look amazing healthy so soon 😊
It was just tofu fried in a bit of olive oil and salt. In a separate pan I fried the onion and garlic then when the onions were soft add the firecracker sauce (or which ever sauce) then as the end on a low heat at the tofu to the sauce. I’m hoping we’ll be the same with Koa & veggies 🤞🏽
Those bagels look amazing, Kushi -- is it a fried tofu block(?) and firecracker sauce, did you say? I'm also trying to eat more healthily and tried my luck asking ChatGPT for a high protein vegan meal plan. Really pleasantly surprised with what it came up with, especially how simple the dishes have been. And it's encouraged me to go beyond the vegan meals I'd usually make (as have your burgers!)
Ooh thank you I haven’t tried ChatGPT but will check it out! The tofu was sliced to a big square to fit the bagel and then just fried in oil, onions & garlic! Added the wagamamas fire cracker sauce (can add in any sauce you want) and it was so tasty! Always looking for more high protein meals 😋
Government regulations are great, but when the baby is ready to eat then give them food. Otherwise you will have a hungry baby who loses too much weight and doesn’t learn to eat.
