These concerts were her first since Covid lockdowns. One comment that Angelina made throughout these concerts was just how happy she was to be back singing for her fans. You could see it in almost everything she did.

Such a right on reaction. This concert series was her first time back for her countrymen in years because of Covid. She was obviously so happy to be back and it was jaw dropping moment as she left as a child and returned as a young woman. Naturally she's a favorite in Norway but this felt almost like a triumphant return with new recording contract, new songs, new skills, being a beautiful over 6' tall young woman, and dressed like a diva. Her performance here and many other songs in the series were huge by any measure.We just take it for granted because it s Angelina and we expect amazing. And we are seldom disappointed. Good reaction.

We all know how great her vibrato, rasp, vocal fry, dynamics, riffs, runs, tone, pitch, scoops , slides, etc, etc, etc, are. But nobody talks about her master mike work. Just take a minute to watch how she moves the mic so purposely, closer, farther, up, down & around, all to enhance the sound. She's been playing with mics since she was a toddler, so I'm not surprised, but it's just another of her many amazing talents.

Yes, Angelina giving it her all with this one! This was the last of her summer concerts in Norway last year, many people had travelled long distances to be there, the atmosphere was electric, Angelina and the band were on fire, the weather was perfect for an open air concert. I only travelled 1000 miles (despite an airline pilots strike), at least one fan travelled from Australia to be there and numerous from the USA. We knew it was going to be an extraordinary experience - it was even more than we could dream of!

Many of your commenters were in the audience (they flew to Norway from around the world) and Angelina thanked her audience profusely for showing up and helping spread her message of love. In this concert she dedicated “Bohemian Rhapsody” to her audience and was brought to tears at the fact that many came from all corners of the world. Some of your commenters got a chance to speak with Angelina’s Mom Sarah. She was mingling among the audience, soaking up the good vibes. Great reaction Britt! Great reaction👍 Again you made quite a few very valid points I think. I was on this very concert on July 10th last year, and it was absolutely spectacular. It is by far my greatest musical experience so far. Angelina was exactly to the date 16,5 years old here, as her birthday is January 10th. Her set list contains of 18 songs, and when I get home from work I will give you a link with the best recordings of her performances. By the way, this is my favorite from the concert. The performances were recorded and uploaded by a Swedish fan by the name Mattias Axelsson. IMO his recordings are the over all best recordings out there, with great 4K UHD and very good sound. He is actually a VERY good photographer, and it shows in his recordings. Oh, one snippet of information, Angelina walked around a little on stage. There was an oval shaped carpet put down - an area for her to walk safely on - very important when there are so many cables about, and of course her feet wouldn't get so dirty like in some of her concerts in previous years!

There's some of the songs in these concerts that I am just crying for studio quality recordings off. Plus she goes extra jazzy as some of these are traditional jazz venues. You will notice Norweigans are not raucous clappers. They are a laid back laconic people so that clapping was very enthusiastic and probably the foreign contingent was loudest.

Another thing to consider about these Norway concerts last Summer is that these were some of, if not the first live performances for her in a long time due to Covid - at 16 I think she did an awesome job of handling everything. She interacted wonderfully with the audiences, and she’ll continue to evolve her stage craft as she matures. I think she delivered amazing performances.😀

I love this version and this concert that AJ does she does other concerts and a home studio when she was like 12 of this, but I LOVE this one at this July 2022 concert. Really glad to see AJ is just a normal, bubbly, 17 year old and not precocious in all things. I don't think Angelina thinks no no no to Rihanna's version. At all. I think Angelina does what she wants to do with a song .. not to do it "better" but to do it her way. There is room for various "ways". Also .. I do not hear what she's doing as "belting" - but I am a Mexican. My culture doesn't hear this as belting. I think you are right about her being a Norwegian and she is singing here to Norwegians. Like any culture in the world, they hear and do things their own way. This may well have been the most excellent Norwegian version of this song. So yes, as you said, she may have been singing her truest realest self here. I hear her that way. Great reaction. I like when a reaction makes me think.

Thank you for this. Another great treat for you and us all would be for you to react to her very last song of this consert. She then gave a wonderful dedication for the song, and she also; - at her most relaxed and naturally way, gave her band an all of us, a great moment of fun AND musical leadership, I will say. The song she choosed to end the consert and this whole Norway-tour with, was Whitney`s "I Have Nothing". Quite a GRAND FINALE as you understand. Not the best recording quality, her vocals art swamped by the bassist particularly, the sound engineers mixing is not balanced, also this video take is probably from a phone camera and the person taking it is poorly positioned by to close to the side speakers. Having said that AJs vocals were great as usual ❤

@@mathias61 I agree and had said that the person taking the video was positioned too close to the speakers but regardless of where the person was if the mixing of the vocals and the music was better then the vocals would not be swamped regardless of where people are positioned in the audience. I like you think the band is great and AJ’s vocals are fantastic but to me the mixing was not great 😌

Everyone has to keep in mind she's 16, When rihanna cut this song she was 25, The vocal choices AJ makes are the sign that she's a prodigy, A once in a generation ,,that can take any song and control and own it.. We're very fortunate with RU-vid and the Internet that were actually watching. It happen in real time since she was 8 years old... Congrats on a 100 K I've been down since the beginning. Why oh why are Brit's subscribers continually giving her sub standard Tik Tok video's instead of all of her many many many finished music videos that contain complete songs ............sometimes with great audio to boot!! These series of Concerts last Summer in Norway are another source of some complete performances. I'm not quite sure if this is THE best audio/video presentation from those concerts that feature this song. It's certainly isn't Brit's fault........it's her subscribers !!!!! Wake up folks and start offering her better source material........please

IMO his recordings are the over all best recordings out there, with great 4K UHD and very good sound. He is actually a VERY good photographer, and it shows in his recordings.
