Also, keep in mind that a woman can approach a woman about this in ways that men can't. As soon as men say anything that might offend, we're in HR deciding on whether to be fired or resign because it's harassment.

The smelly coworker is so real. I used to work in a call center where we technically had our own separate cubicles, but we would share them with people who worked opposite shifts. The woman that worked in the mornings was an older, slightly overweight woman. I think her main issue was she had mobility issues, so I’m pretty sure she just couldn’t really take care of her hygiene as well. She smelled so bad, that even if she had left before I got to the cubicle, I could still smell it. I used to switch the chair every single day- it was a routine that everyone was familiar with, to the point that if I didn’t have a spare chair nearby, my friends would help me track one down. Lol. But one day I completely forgot cause I’d been running late, and she wasn’t there when I arrived so I didn’t think about it until later in the day. I was walking to another dept and I could not figure out why I felt like I smelled so funky. I was like “I showered, I’m wearing all fresh clothes, how do I smell??” And then it hit me and I literally gagged. I sprayed myself with more body spray than a teenager in the locker room. 😂🤢

This is so apt. Years ago in a department of 8 we had a person who had really bad body odour. It was getting near Christmas and We spoke to our boss. The boss said let's all get together and buy the person body scents and soap etc. Then that person will get the hint. Well we gave out on Christmas eve. After Christmas it worked for a few days then it went back to stinking. In the end the boss told them. Very embarrassing. Didn't really change.

I had a boss that I used to share a hotel room when we were attending a trade show, I plucked up the courage one year to say something nicely, I said "Tom I don't think your deodorant works too good" and he replied "Oh I don't use any "and nothing else awkward, BTW great channel Brit and big hello from London UK

I'm embarrassed to say my wife 3 or 4 years into our marriage developed a nasty funk that got so much worse when she sweated. She had absolutely no idea. I felt bad telling her and of course her feelings were hurt. But my and even some of her friends started bringing it up to me that I needed to address it. She was having hormone problems and she was allergic to several types of food that she ate a lot since taking care of those issues, she hasn’t had a problem, but it’s definitely a sensitive situation

car freshener or can of air freshener. It's not to get rid of the order it to bring it into conversation. Example happen to me. So, this person came up to me "Lady" and asked what's with the air freshener? I told her that there's a weird smell coming from the carpet, because someone spilled something and it just won't go away. Later on she kept trying to smell the order, but couldn't smell it until she realized it was her. And you know what> i was thanked by the boss and her for the way I handled it. She didn't realize it and she did things different and it worked. Try it.! It works.

Leave the computer screen on a search for how to compassionately tell a coworker they have BO? There is no way way... And I've been in the other end. Especially in my younger days, but even sometimes now, my feet start smelling quickly. Like I would change socks multiple times a day and use prefers and sprays. I would even shower in the morning and go barefoot, and within a few hours, my feet would stink again. To this day, I won't visit other people's houses if I have to remove my shoes.

I have worked with a guy that stank immesely from his under arms, I mean it was really bad. Nobody said anything but he got fired for some other obsure reason (he had to go to clients every day) hehe :). But in the same pace there was a woman with really super bad breath.... nobody said nothing (in my head I was screaming "brush your teeth, or at least use some chewing gum"). She didn't get fired because she was so skilled at her work (IT)... but really painfull.

Dogs more often than cats will just slam down their food because they don't know when they'll get food next, they don't have the ability to conceptualize I'll get food again. That wild part of their brains is still wild. That part of their DNA is still wolf DNA and because of that they have this need to eat all at once because they don't know when they'll eat again and the competition for food is so competitive if they "leave it for later" it's not guaranteed it will be. We can have part of a pizza put it in the fridge and have the leftovers tomorrow. They aren't like that. Their brains don't work the same. They'll chow down and puke right after because their brain tells them different things. Some are learned some aren't. That probably wasn't needed to be said but because you haven't had a dog in your home I wanted to try to explain why a lot of dogs do that. My apologies for maybe over explaining it 😂

I am not working anymore but I am 44 like you (not stalking, you said it in a previous video telling that people that you are in your twenties). I am getting my money from the bank and the Luxembourgish state. When I worked, I was always not feeling great about waking up with an "alarm"... I could have slept 30 minutes more but I always took a shower in the morning before going to work with deodorant of course and a little bit of perfume (not much can anoy people to). But there is always that debate if you take your shower before going to bed or in the morning before going to work. You can do both but it is a waste of water. I saw a documentary (a strange one I have to admit) where they said that you have no idea how much you are sweting during your sleep. So I went for the morning shower, and just changing my sheets ofently. I went one week without showering (not giving the sircomstances, this is already to long of a post) and my girlfriend said that my sweat don't smell at all, so that I am happy for (she never lies, she can be crude)

this is a situation that i had that had no solution. i was hooking up w this girl, and she smelled so bad that when she showered at my place, as soon as she got out of the shower, she still smelled like shit. but, this becomes the Impossible QuestionTM for guys to ask a woman; how do you tell a woman that she smells bad? not just smells bad, but REEKS OF BAD BODY ODOR. and the only answer i could come up with is: YOU DONT. typical male dealing with female issue: GRIT YOUR TEETH AND BARE IT!!!

friends gf stunk, we used to call her smelly Kat after that friends tv thing behind her back. they ended up moving in and I moved in with them for a few years until she cheated on him but thats another story anyway it was horrible.
