First Time Reacting To Celine Dion - My Heart Will Go On (Titanic) 

You have to watch the movie. It's life changing and don't worry about crying, every single human cries during it. Despite the pain that it leaves it's watchers with, it is my all time favorite movie. Even though I cry every time I watch it. The movie will forever stick with you because it is the most beautifully tragic love story ever portrayed in a movie.

One of THE greatest love stories ever put to film. A true classic...

That old couple was actually the creators of Macy's Department store. The wife refused to get on without her husband and even though they were on the side that let men on if there was room, he refused saying he wouldn't go because there were younger men who hadn't lived their lives yet and he didn't want to feel he took that seat from them. They said they lived together and would die together. There are MANY interesting real life characters in the movie. Like a priest who put his daughter&sister in a boat but had decided before they even left the cabin that he was going to stay on the ship to comfort people and save as many souls as he could. Or the chef that was offered a seat to row in a boat but he gave it to a younger man and said he was going to die so he might as well drink as much alcohol as he could until it sank....he did. And ended up surviving. That's just a few. Pretty wild they put all that detail.

Her voice is unmatched. That song was made for her. A match made in heaven and a song for the history books.

this song is emotional, but when you watch the movie, it makes it even more so.

I cried 2 hours after the movie. The old couple is based on Isidor and Ida Straus who were on the Titanic. Ida refused to leave her husband and stayed on board with him.

You really really really really need to see titanic, its history, its importent to learn, and its a great great movie, tragic, romantic, action, drama, it has everything you need. But be prepared to cry, i still do it after 100 times.

Men you don't have to strong enough to not cry what happened was a tragedy but the song celebrates how despite the differences love still prevailed in the end

James Horner , the composer of this song and the whole film's soundtrack deserves a credit to ... My princess Celine 's voice is something out of this world. The queen of voices. RIP James Horner ! He won 2 of the 11 oscars given to that film . Best original dramatic score and best original song!

The main characters in the film are Jack and Rose. Their story is fictional, as are they, though there were other characters in the movie who were based on real people who were on the Titanic. One of those was Molly Brown, who also happened to survive the sinking.

Better not watch the movie - you'll be sobbing. It's the fictionalised story of two lovers on the Titanic (the Titanic event is factual) and the message of the song is a tribute from Rose to Jack, who dies keeping her safe - he isn't dead because he lives in her heart. All very tear worthy and beautifully sung by Celine.

When Celine Dion was asked to sing this song she refused, it was her husband who talked her into singing it. When she agreed she said she will only do it in 1 take and it broke the charts! Only Celine Dion could sing this and give you chills with her voice!

She sings this way because she feels it. Her story is also a great love story. She married the love of her life at age 25 She was discovered her by him when she was 12. She gradually fell in love with him but kept away because he was already married. He was 38 when he discovered her. After his divorce they dated quietly until she said nothing will keep her away from the love she had for him and they married. He died in 2016 from cancer. He was always bye her side, arranged all of her tours, took care of everything for her. She took care of him when he was dying, remaining at his side until he passed away. They had 3 children together. She had to learn to live without him. It was very hard for her. She is finally back to herself again and will begin touring again soon. Talk about a tear jerker.

Loved your reaction. I would love to see a movie reaction of this. I happen to appreciate a man who is not afraid to show emotion and a few tears. Its beautifully genuine. And this is one my all time favorite movies. I remember going to the theater and see this movie when it came out. For years and years I had a huge crush on Leonardo DiCaprio well before this movie. I liked him Man in the Iron Mask, Romeo and Julie, Whats Eating Gilbert Grape and even way back when he was 14 years old and in Growing Pains. So it goes without saying that I compellingly lost it at the end with what happens to Jack. I cried for 3 and half hours straight. Ive been to funerals and cried before. But never have I cried for that long none stop like I did after watching Titanic. At the end of the movie its like Rose and Jack are reuniting in Titanic Heaven. So its a very good feeling that leaves you with a bittersweet happiness. I never ever get tired of their love story. So I encourage you to give this movie a chance. There's a reason it won so many rewards. They acting in it is great. Also James Cameron the director also took life footage of the REAL TITANIC at the bottom of the Atlantic and put it in this movie. Also there is a part where Leonardo who plays Jack the Poor Artist, is drawing Rose (Kate Winslet) in the nude where the blue Heart of the Ocean diamond. If you look closely at the hands drawing the picture. You see that its not Leo's hands, James Cameron the Director is actually drawing Rose himself. Which I thought was pretty neat. But watching this movies gives you more insight of what it was like for those people and how social status caused alot of people in 3rd class to die because they first put people in 1st class into the boats. Which I dont think was very right. This movie is so much more than just a love story. Though it does have a beautiful pure love story in it. I think if anything, it will make you look more closely into the history of titanic. I went to a Titanic museum in Tennessee. It was shaped like half the Titanic ship. There really outside themselves in bringing the beauty in Titanic back to life. The famous scene where Jack waits for Rose by the Clock, that whole area was also in the half ship museum I was in and they replicated everything and it was so very beautiful and we also got to learn about alot of the individuals who were on the Titanic and saw many old jewelry and plates and luggage and silverware and stuff that came from the Real Titanic. It was truly a wonderful experience. I didn't even want to leave I was enjoying it so much. I hope you will change your mind cause everyone needs to hear the story of Titanic and watch the movie and let it come to life on the big screen. Suddenly all those survivors and people who died on the Titanic are no longer just a number. This movie brings them all too life. I start to see those people in a whole other light. Especially when I do my homework and read up on them as individuals. So please do a reaction video to Titanic for us. You may cry, but you are going to love this movie. Because they don't make as good epic movies like this one too often. Its a MUST SEE.

So agree. However, PLEASE re-watch the movie because there are some fun and uplifting parts as well. I have to be in that quiet, self-reflecting mood to watch it. If I'm in a great mood, I won't watch it because I know it's a major tear-jerk. 😂 We can all relate to Jack and Rose in some way because we have all lost someone who we love dearly and this song expresses that for us.

This movie when it came to video was 2 different VHS bc it was so long. I also went to see this movie 4 or 5 times in theatre bc i loved it so much. Cried every time and still do. It’s so sad. It is on Netflix now.

This was my girlfriend at the time, and my first movie to see together when we were dating in 1997. She has now been my wife for 22 years. This song/movie will always have a special place in my heart. In my opinion, this will forever be the best song/movie combo. They don't make them like this anymore.

Jack is poor Rose is rich and they are not supposed to be because of the classes but she doesn't want to Marry the man her mother wants her to marry to secure the money but she feels trapped in that life but she falls in love with Jack the poor guy who shows her freedom but when the ships sinks they survive the sinking but he puts her on a drift wood and he freezes to death and she gets saved by the only rescue boats that came back to rescue the ones in the water

I hope you watched this film. You owe it to yourself to watch to cinematic film at least once in your life. You actually hear the movie version in the credits and not this one which was released in her album.
