Extremely talented family. Dimash is phrnomenal . For me, the best singer in the world ever ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Bravo to Dimash and his parents. I love our reaction and review. Thank you so much for featuring this great artist on your channel. Liked and subscribed.
His two grandmothers in the white Muslim head covers and his paternal grandfather we who he knelt down in front of. His mothers father is deceased. The darker of the two grandmothers is his paternal grandmother and in Kazak tradition along with his grandfather sitting there had sole responsibility of raising Dimash his first 10 years of life and Dimash informed that grandmother that her piano was out of tune at about 2 or 3 years old. At age five, they enrolled him in the best children's music school in Kazakhstan. They were poor but determined to give him the very best and he was determined to never let their sacrifice go to waste. You can easily guess who is supporting them now and he also supports his entire family as they all now work for him. He is indeed very close to all of his family and though he moved to the U.S. temporarily, he has been home to visit more than once.
“Kudai bergen literally means given by God. This is his grandfather's name. He was adopted by them right after he was born and until he was 6 he thought they were his parents. In Kazakhstan, there is a law that the firstborn is given to grandparents for upbringing. And he still calls them mom and dad.
I LOVE that you watched this!! Dimash is amazing. It is clear that his talent doesn't fall that far away from the tree. New subscriber now for sure!! Going to have fun today with all your Dimash reactions.🤩💗👨🎤
Please react to Dimash singing for his mother "Marigold 's" the live version. His mother is in the audience getting into tears. They show her on the big screen behind him. It's an old folksong and the audience sings along with him. It has not these crazy high notes but it will touch your heart. All the best from Germany 🇩🇪 Petra
Thanks for this reaction 👍. With such performances we can get a glimpse in who Dimash is. Otherwise on LilaSi account are some cool Dimash guides made from different interviews or other clips.

This is a link to Part 1 of The Ultimate Dimash Guide. There are 12 parts. Very well put together. Thank you for your reactions. Very enjoyable.
So contrary to what you think, Dimash was not pushed by his parents at all towards the song. From a very young age, he has heard his parents sing, he often joined them on the stage during the applause. Dimash says he was angry when people cheered on his parents, he wanted it to be for him lol when he was little. And then when he was 5 years old, he persuaded his parents to go to singing and music school. So his grandmother stopped working to devote herself to her grandson and bring him to school despite his leg problems. Dimash often says that he owes everything to his grandmother for bringing him to this school. His parents had to be very careful with him because he only wanted to sing and play music, he forgot to eat and sleep. At night, Dimash got up to compose and he was very tired the next day at school when his parents thought he was asleep. The parents supported their 3 children in the path they chose, but did not push any of them. Her sister is studying medicine while she sings wonderfully, and her brother is a musician as you have already seen. And the old people you saw, the lady who was crying is the maternal grandmother and the couple on the right are the paternal grandparents. It is this lady who raised Dimash, it is his second mother
It is tradition in Kazakhstan that the first grandson is brought up by the paternal grandparents. Dimash thought his grandparents were his parents, and his parents were his aunt and uncle, until the age of 8. Dimash still lives in the same house with his Grandparents, Parents and his siblings. When he marries, his wife will also live there.
❤️💕🇲🇽❤️💕🇲🇽❤️💕
Yes, of course, Dimash has a unique voice, and he is certainly better in many ways, not only compared to his parents, but Dimash, at the moment, has no equal in the world in terms of vocals at all. And in the incredible purity and strength of the voice, in the breadth of the range, and the fantastic virtuosity of the performance. But Dimash's parents also have a serious musical education. And at moments, Dimash's performance in high registers is very similar to both the voice and the performance of his mother. Dimash's parents have long been recognized by the Government of Kazakhstan as honored cultural figures of the country. Here Dimash's parents perform a very simple song in vocal communication.
It was his grandmother who took Dimash to music school every day, starting when he was five. Have you reacted to Dimash singing with his sister Raushan. All by myself. The parents are in the audience. Raushan is very shy and wants to be a doctor. Their younger brother Mansur, who composed Together, for Dimash is at music school now.
Dimash’s family are extremely important to him ... Following an old Kazakh tradition called ‘Returning the Son’, he was brought up by his paternal grandparents, whom he calls ‘Papa’ and ‘Mama’. His grandmother gave up her job as a teacher in order to care for him and allow his young mother Sveta to continue her studies at university, and Dimash lived with them, his parents, aunt and - later - siblings all in the same house. The people he kneels to in the audience are indeed his grandparents (and his great-aunt, his grandfather’s sister, the lady in all white).
Generational intelligence is something we are losing in our society.Talents run in a family so teaching the young from the start gives the child a advantage in a field they are born for ☮️
Thank you for your reactions to Dimash, I thoroughly enjoy them. Yes Dimash's grandparents were in the audience as you surmised. You may like to react to a wonderful song that Dimash sang on his Arnau Concert in Kiev in 2020 to his mother. It is a Ukrainian folk song, Marigold (Chornobryvtsi), that Dimash and his piano player only learnt the day before. It is on Dimash's channel and has English CC. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Xlx2pmO3JzU.html
Wowwwww I love ❤️ love love this. I didn't know his parents sang too. I love to see him sing with his parents. Wowwwww! They all sound similar and Damash sounds like both. Wayyyy too interesting.
This is the first time seeing this with captions...what beautiful lyrics ❤ Please wait until you reach the 50th reaction...the story of one sky will hurt your heart and you must be prepared. The antidote to your heavy heart is el amor en ti, this song will help you with the burden about to be unleashed on your soul ❤🙏
Both of his parents are an established artist of Kazakhstan. According to his mom, it was Dimash who always run to the stage whenever his parents performed and give the appreciation to the audience. And that when he was only 2 1/2 years old. Deep down in his bone, he always knows what he gonna do with his life. Thank you for choosing this BEAUTIFUL performance.🙏🙏🙏 Dears from Malaysia 🇲🇾
Dimash family is very talented: Svetlana his mother a soprano, his father Kanat a singer, musical producer and songwriter and his younger brother Mansur multi instrumentalist, and songwriter. The couple you mentioned are his grandparents, who raised Dimash following the Kazakh tradition for the eldest son. ♥️🎼🎤🌹🌹👏👏👏👏👏
Love your reactions to Dimash! This song was written by his father. Yes, that was his grandfather and grandmother who he was singing to. Dimash had everything going for him when he was born. Both parents sing and totally supported his love of music. His grandparents adore him and supported and protected him growing up. If you ever see videos taken at his home with everyone, including friends, there are always instruments being played and singing. That's the environment he grew up in. Add to that his total commitment to his music education and you have Dimash!
Thank you! In Kazakhstan, the grandparents raise the eldest child as their own. Dimash calls his grandmother “ mama 1”, and his grandfather “ papa1” and his mother “ mama 2”, and his father “ papa 2.” 🌹🙏❤️They are a lovely, traditional Kazakh Muslim family. Dimash’s grandfather just passed in June, and Dimash is still recovering from his loss, along with the rest of his beloveds. 🌹🌹🌹🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for responding to this song. A lot of reactors don't choose the older songs, and they say so much about Dimash how proud and close he is to his family.💕 Let me suggest you a song that #Dimash written and performed in tribute to his grandparents in 2019 in concert "Arnau" in Kazakhstan 👉👉👉 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ztjZI8sBt6g.html
Thank you for finding this video. I loved seeing him with his parents. I think the older lady in white among his relatives must be his grandmother. He said that when he was 5, she was having trouble with her legs, but she still walked him to his voice lessons every day.
This is one of the most touching performances of Dimash. Yes, his grandma and grandpa who raised him when he was young were in the audience. And Dimash knelt before them to dedicate this song.
Thanks for showing this! Obviously people in this culture love and respect family, tradition, and the aged. It was so touching to see the front row of grandmothers shedding a few tears. I so admire cultures where this is still the norm.
Dimash also addresses his grandparents. From left to right, his maternal grandmother, his paternal grandfather, and his paternal grandmother. Dimash's parents got married when his mother was still in college, so his paternal grandparents played a very important role in Dimash's life. His paternal grandmother took early retirement (she was a teacher) to help raise Dimash. He always thanks her, especially his paternal grandmother who took him to music school every day, even though he had difficulty walking. She waited for him for two hours until Dimash finished his classes to take him home. The Kasajos prefer to live together as a family to protect each other and pass on their rich culture to their descendants. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-MFjRiNAiRYk.html Dimash gives his award to his paternal grandmother.
I'm not 100% remember if you did Dimash and Shang Shilei Heaven and Earth ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XSLU6ALNWOI.html or Dimash & Rimar singing unforgettable day ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ygr2J6D_2XE.html Or his collaborations on Super Shine Bros S2 (Queen mix of We are the champions & We will rock you) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tq0i56huC4w.html and Suzhou River (Sorry no cc's and no one really does this one a lot, as there are 5 others in the group and its not just Dimash) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-G4hiK9JUHbg.html And if you want to see how they get to the Suzhou River performance ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KAonzuk11y4.html. This does have English cc's and the video is 2 hours long, but the Dimash parts are from minute 3 to about minute 22 If you just want the performance part without all the BTS and voting then its 9:30 to 15:30.
