Welcome to the Dreamworld! Dreamcatcher are very unique. They are the dark angels of Kpop and the only girl group who consistently incorporate Rock and Metal in their title tracks, fusing that with Kpop into something that basically is a new genre. They also are drenched in horror and social criticism, which again is special. Plus, they are massively talented, all of them. And while the girls look like they could rip out your spine when they are on stage, off stage they are adorable crackheads. 😉

We waited months for each one of these songs, watching the MV's over and over. I can't imagine what it's like watching 7 years of work all at once. I'm just glad you like them. Of course there are plenty more MV's, many of their B-sides and covers. They call them special clips since they're not big budget and made in house by their company.

There's only 2 types of people in this world Dreamcatcher fans and people who didt give them a proper listen yet 😅 You would love their B-sides. They got every genre ( except for like a full on rap/hip-hop song ) RnB, Jazz, EDM, City Pop, name it they got it.

Oh man, this is like, my favorite kind of reaction video. You had it all queued up and ready to ride and I knew they had you by 'Fly High'. It just called to you and drew you in and man what a JOY to have watched this. For real, you have entirely made my day and I couldn't stop smiling as you discovered Dreamcatcher and became an InSomnia by the end. Fair warning, Dreamcatcher is the only group to have had at LEAST TWO comebacks a year. They are cookin overtime, and work so hard. But they're also hugely open with their fans and communicate with the fans constantly with tiktok and insta and all kinds of background behind the scenes vids. You eventually discovered why most of us say ot7 for our bias (though Dami is really the queen for me) and how talented they are. If you do get into their b-sides you'll find that recently they released solo songs for each of the members (seriously, no one else does that for the group members) that the members got to choose the theme, write it, what genera they wanted...Jiu did an adorable pop love song to her dog Cherry, Dami did a punk song and Yoohyeon did jazz! Siyeon has been on a bunch of competition shows including the OG Masked Singer, and its almost guaranteed chaos when they're on a talk show. In the video for 'Reason', when they win their first music stage, *everyone* was crying, all of the girls, all of the stage people, some of the other groups. They're known for being kind and genuine people and have friends all over the industry, people were so happy for them to finally finally win. They're much bigger internationally than they are in South Korea, rock isn't really a popular genera like it is internationally. And wait until someone tells you about their bubblegum phase...

Their other songs are blended with other genres, but they're also known for releasing songs with different genres other than rock. 2. Again, welcome to the Dream World! This is like a black hole/rabbit hole, and I recommend that you do not escape. LOL. The more you know the girls, the more you will inevitably fall for them. Like JiU said before: Dreamcatcher is a black hole. Once you get in, you won't be able to get out. And they're not coming to you, you're coming to them. 3. Their songs follow a concept. One example is the Dystopia Trilogy: Scream(Hear No Evil), BOCA(Speak No Evil), and Odd Eye(See No Evil). This trilogy tackled Hate, Hurtful Words, & Cyber-bullying. Another example is the Apocalypse Trilogy: MAISON(warning or calling out to stop harming the earth, which our home(which is the meaning of MAISON in French), VISION(to keep marching on and spread their VISION of healing/saving the earth), and BONVOYAGE(the war is done and they say their goodbyes by leaving this "seed of life" for our home planet to help it recover and the beams at the end signal their return to the heavens). Love to see/hear it! And their songs get better after each listen(just like their song OOTD). 4. You switching your bias and/or bias wreckers is sooooo relatable. Picking a bias in Dreamcatcher is difficult because each member completely bias wrecks you one way or another! There's more to discover about Dreamcatcher. I promise you that. I see that you've done all songs for other groups and while it would be a pretty large undertaking for Dreamcatcher, I hope you do it for them as well. They have one of the most diverse discographies I've ever come across as their b-sides span dozens of genres and sub-genres. They also have a bunch of special clips for b-sides which are performance videos or self-made MVs.

This group is so precious. Looking at your channel, I'm a amazed at all the content you've put up in such a short time. Dreamcatcher is on another level, but you've done a lot of other groups that i either already like or have wanted to explore. Purple Kiss is one that I already follow. it's another group that was great from pre-debut and has only gotten better. I think they are an undiscovered gem with a big mismatch between their level of recognition compared to their artistic quality and creativity. I'm looking forward to your reaction next. I'm sure you would love all of Dreamcatcher's B sides and special clips too. They actually have a playlist of their special clips on their official channel. That will also give you a chance to get to know Siyeon and Handong better. I almost forgot: the dance practices. They have a fantastic performance director and choreographers. For my money, What is where the band started picking up steam. They had a pretty uniformly J-Rock up to that point, but What is where they started incorporating all styles of rock into their title tracks and every title track from that point on had it's own distinct sound and style. For me, it's where they went from being a refreshing and interesting little curio to an essential act.

You will be able to notice the vocal and stage evolution of the girls through each mv....

FYI again : They also said during their times in a variety show called Weekly Idol that this song is about a love-turns-into-obsessive and toxic(?) relationship. The word of "BE" in a form of capital words came from Hanja word that means "sadness", and so it represent with their hands gesture that symbolizing the word.
