Eminem is a HUGE fan of South Park, HUGE. His favourite character always been Cartman and this is him doing his impression (not the first time btw). This song is actually dedicated to the 14th episode of the 6th season. Watch it and you'll understand (SPOILER: it's literally about a gerbil shoved inside a butt through a tube). Now imagine me, crazy fan of both Em and South Park lol when this song came out i turned CRAZY for months ahahhahh

it's Cartman. South Park does the gerbil skit. because it's south park and they dont give any more shits than Eminem does. Mr. Happy Confirms. Korn has a similar track with "Ya'll wanna single", though they are.....rather tame in comparison.

Known about this song since I was like 10, listened to it a bunch of times for jokes (mostly watching reactors like this or to make someone in my circle uncomfortable or laugh) and it still catches me off guard with how insane it is. It should never have been thought of, much less recorded and released on a greatest hits album. But God I'm glad it was. Edit: No, I've never listened to it without laughing :D

FYI: I gotta tell ya something (btw I vibe on your videos). Back-in the 70’’s there was a guy club (called ANV**L) in the meat packing district of nyc that had live “sex” shows.
