Welcome back! Yay! This is definitely one of my favorite songs because it is the perfect ending of the trilogy with all the callbacks (yes, let the lyrics marinate! And I won't mention any spoilers but when you hear several things and realize in the context ... it is pure magic!) and it is "upbeat" so now we all have hope. Maybe? Love your reactions and I can't wait for you to do more ST!

I honestly don't know why more people haven't listened to this song. It's such a good song. Musically, Lyrically, vocally. Honestly brings me to tears like 90% of the time I listen to it and I've listen to this song soooo many times.

I'm always surprised that this song isn't heavily lauded like so many others on this album are because like you were saying, musically it's just so damn beautiful. I don't typically select this song when starting to this album, but I'm always excited when it plays.

Long time no see. I checked dang near every single day to see if you had listened to more of their new stuff back in May when the full album released. Glad to see you back in action, it's never too late and ALWAYS a good time when you listen to Sleep Token!

And to add to the fact that this final song of this album references back to the first song on the first album...... include the mentions of run it back and run it forward and parallel and symmetry in this song.......... the icing on top is that Euclid was a greek mathematician and was considered the father of geometry..... Sleep Token just has an amazing way of delivering a storyline within outstanding musicality. Some find the lore a bit silly, but it adds a new layer to their music as the meaning behind songs can be viewed a few ways sometimes. There are references and lines in multiple songs that call back to other songs. The 3 albums in their entirety are basically an intertwined story with underlying references to the same concepts and possibly one focal point. It is a cycle that brings you back to the beginning and it moves through ranges of different feelings from hopefulness, to anguish, to anger, to sadness, and back again. They didnt reinvent the wheel with their music, but they definitely ignored the boundaries and lines a lot of musicians wont cross by not allowing genres to be as important as the feeling in the moment.

This song will mean much more to you once you’ve been thru their whole catalogue. Deserves a revisit later! Good to see you again!

It’s 100% a relationship, but picture it as artists writing a love song to their fans. It will change your entire view of this song..

As @moldyspoon3 said, you need to listen to “The Night Does Not Belong To God” next. And maybe “When the Bough Breaks” after that. And after that the whole Sundowning album. It’s incredible.
