Arknights is a drip game. They got drip, advanced drip when you fully premote a character, and skins out the ass for super drip plus ultra. Then the music is absurdly varied and good. Everything from rock to jazz to synth wave, they have the whole shebang. Tower defence was always my jam, but arknights got me hooked good. 2 years going strong playing. A lot of different artists do designs for operators, often very distinct. Some artists have done multiple operators, and the artist normally does the skins for them as well, which as multiple people have pointed out, the "art showcases" at the end of some of trailers are in fact skins, and not even all of them. I'll do some edits and try to identify any songs you ask about for you so you can find them, or answer any questions. First song you ask about at around the 14 minute mark is operation dawnseekers theme. The odd dude from the invitation to wine teaser is a koi fish man named Lee, Ling is the name of the crazy dragon lady from later on in the same teaser. Yes, that is the Lord himself. I'm gonna clear some things up for ya! -Arknights is a mobile, tower defense game. It can be played on PC with an emulator, or through Google Play's PC program thingy (I'm not too familiar with that). But don't worry, this is a VERY UNIQUE tower defense, I absolutely love it. It's very tacitcal and challanging, it makes your brain work. It'll get more interesting the further you get in the game, too! I HIGHLY recommend the game! -The official playlist is always from newest to oldest, so expect a quality drop eventually! Or cou can just start watching the playlist from the back. Your choice -The anime covers the MAIN STORY from chapter 0 to chapter 3 (so 4 chapters). Most of these trailers are for events/side stories, with most of them not having a connection to the main story, but some do. The game has 10 chapters available on its global server, and 11 on it's Chinese server. The CN server is about 6 months ahead of updates to the global server. -The story in this game is portrayed in a visual novel style - with no voice acting. Some people like it, some don't. So if you're into reading you're gonna love it a lot. Either way I recommend giving it a try. -The game currently has about 250 playable characters. That's a lot -The world building of this game is absolutely insane, in the best way possible. That's mainly thanks to how many different side stories there are from different places of Terra (the one and only continent known to civilization in this universe as of rn). -CC (Contingency Contract) is a seasonal event (usually after every big event, which happens every 3 months. They have that high quality 3d animations, like Stultifera Navis and Invitation to Wine). This seasonal event is a big challange basically; you set the dificulty yourself (buff enemies and debuff yourself), and the higher the difficulty the more rewards you get. It's for those who love the challange and the difficulty of the game. Also comes with a different BANGER lobby music everytime, the same you hear in the trailers. You can find the full songs by just looking up the CC event + "lobby theme". For example "Arknights CC#8 Lobby Theme". -About the art; yeah, most characters are drawn by individual artists. Skins and normal arts alike! it's amazing that Hypergryph hires individual artists for most if not all of their characters. Thanks to that, a lot of cool stuff happens in the community too! -About the IMMACULATE drip: yes, everyone has drip in this game. There's more drip and fashion than fanservice in Arknights. -ALSO I recommend checking out the EP playlist on the official channel! It's a playlist full of songs, mainlt operator theme songs! Don't worry, none of them are copyrighted to my knowledge. There's an ongoing joke that HG is a music company promoting their music through a tower defense game for a reason - even the bloody in-game OSTs are spectacular! Sorry for the long comment!! Beside of all the event trailers arknights also has a lot of MV (yes, legit MV like "Ain't Seen Nothing Like This" or "[ManiFesto:]") and theme songs for every 6 stars operator, we'd love to see you check them out.

Les go man! Arknights is an awesome experience with, of course, depressing story. So get ready!

For copyright, just don't watch the concept trailers and I think the first animation trailer(?), cuz those have Starset songs and they can and will be claimed. Other than those it's just MVs with third party composers like Steve Aoki, Rad Cat or DJ Okawari. Contingency Contract songs and the ones called "Arknights EP" might sound like they can be claimed, but they are under Hypergryph's own music label, Monster Siren, and they are chill with folks listening to them.

In addition to trailers, there are also animation PVs which are 15-30sec 2D animation for each event, and characters themes which are out-of-game musics for each 6*

idk if someone already answer this but the reason there s tachanka module was because....we have lord tachanka wwww yes arknights already do a collab with rainbowsix siege a year ago(cmiiw im kinda forgetable abt times) and he is a free event operator on the collab another r6s characters which also obtainable on those event was blitz(here he was 5 stars defender),frost(here she was 5 star specialist,using her welcome mats) and ash(here she is six star sniper,and also have her own skin) and tachanka is a guard on arknights but still using his gun anyway(and also has his own skin too which was named as "Lord")

She fought for the people, for the infected. The redhead knight is Sona, codename: Flametail. She's an infected, but was allowed to compete in the Major after recent change of rules in the championship. Kazimierz, once a country that respect their knighthood culture, is now a country full of corruption because of how they commercialized their knights. Knights are now seen as celebrities / athletes in Kazimierz, sponsored by mega corporation to compete and generate profit.

The one that you called art collection in the end of each teaser/trailer is actually the new released skin for those operators. Arknights has a lot of beautiful character skins.

I recommend watching the trailer for that, it's pretty cool.

As happy as I am to see you getting into Arknights, starting from the newest trailer isn't the way to go. It is best to start from the bottom and make your way up.

Welcome to the music company that also has a game. For the 1st CG trailer you watched you missed on the event pv for it and its pretty good just letting ya know. Well, if you ever get around to it I have a playlist of all the CN trailers if you want to ever catch up and listen to some banger music. Like everyone else has mentioned CC ost music is pretty banger and are full songs. Character EPs are also very good with "Radiant" and "All Hail Savior" being fan favorites but most are all very good. Enjoy your journey mate

Hi. There's no time travel, just... sometimes in events we find stories of some operators. Like, Fiametta had THIS in her story. Somewhere in the past. PS L2D skins are rare, we have non l2d on most of operators, but sometimes, on big events, we have it for limited op's. PPS on every half-year we have a celebration with limited operator. With that we have some ways to get more crystals for gacha. One of them is that red tickets - you open 2 of them on your choice and get biggest number of two of them. PPPS module is way to buff your operator. For every one modules are personal and buffing some of their abilities. (like we have operator that can deploy summons. With her module cooldown between summoning and cost of every one are decreased). So they are showing that with this update they will add module to operators [list]. PPPPS In arknights main character is... you... Like, there's unisex one that is heavily coated, so there's no way to find who is under all that clothes. And you - are "The Doctor" - you are one of leaders of group named "Rhodes Island". But, for some reasons you was put into cryo and now have amnesia as a result of that. You are a tactic and head of field agents. And that bunnygirl.. She's another leader of Rhodes Island and she knows you from her young age and very attached to you. She's one of main characters of the story, like, you "A Doctor" are not in fight, but Amiya as a powerful caster is there. And, about side stories... hmm... Like, 10 years ago X was there and did Y and Z there, we finding that from X's personal data when we had a contract with X. And yes, there was a collab with rainbow some time ago. So we have Ash and Tachanka and some more one's from there.

I've said this from another reactor and I'll say it again. You don't have to force yourself to play the game man, it's fine enough that you're watching the trailers, really. The thing about the Arknights is the music and trailers fucking slap and you reacting to it is already fire. Though of course, Arknights is a tower defense game, but they've done it so well that I've grown insanely attached to.

If you want some context from the game before watching the anime, I'd recommend checking out the Concept trailers (Most of these will get you copyright claimed so not for video) & the pre-registration videos outside of the anime's own preview trailers. Amiya is indeed considered the main character, for the main story's plotline. But the game's world is well diverse with locations and characters that everything going on actually has relation in some way. The Operators are actual people living in the world, dealing with their own issues and the events going on throughout 'Terra'. All of them have their own profile background you can dive into, some are 'main characters' for their own events (Most of the 'Side Story's and other such events), skins have their own in-game 'brands' (Bloodline Combat being unique in this), and there's character theme's for mainly 6star units (Sometimes non-6star units get them too on rare occasions). The game's considered a Tower Defense game, but it's more accurate to consider it a Real-time Strategy considering how involved the gameplay tends to be. There's also an annual concert they do now that are awesome to catch or go to if one's lucky enough to! So regardless if you actually play, there's plenty to enjoy from Arknights, and the community is always pretty welcoming and helpful for those who do choose to join the expresso depresso. Enjoyed the reactions, hope you get to enjoy more from the people behind the game!

Question Why there's guns in this world and why some people used Crossbow or bow. Our world guns uses Gunpowder. But in arknights. Guns use arts (Magic) to fire. only Laterno (Angels) Can used Guns. But some have able to used guns outside of Laterno of using another material to Fire it. On the Arknights R6 Event. One of the operators questions of, the ammo that arknights and their world is different. And because of this they have to modify their guns to use Ammo on that world. And that Ammo is stupidly Expensive. Entire paycheck or two can give you one Clip of ammo. Only people with alot of money (Like Jessica) Can used Guns without being a Laterno. Hense. Why most Snipers Uses Bow and crossbow

You should react to the PVs and animated PVs of the main story. Reccomend you do that first when you're playing or want to know of Arknights. They're pretty good

Just a sugestion. Probabbly should do the trailers from the older to newest. Some chacacter that introduced in some of this trailers do repeat and you will get confused when they are introduce if you watch from new to old. Edit: for example of the character, take tachanka. You will understand why he is in the game if you watch the trailers in cronological order.
