He’s the most disrespectful one of the group😂 Also labeled one of the group pretty bois. He is also regarded as one of the best dancers and performers in Kpop along with Taemin. EXO actually had and currently has one of the biggest fan bases in Kpop history. Their popularity started literally at their debut. They had one of the most expensive debuts in Kpop and their fan bases grew rapidly. It exploded into the huge proportions its in now around 2015 when their track “Growl” was released. They have only had a growing fan base since then and have multiple achievements on the music charts. They had the largest standing Kpop fanbase from 2014-early 2016. They are also renowned for having some of the best vocals and vocalists in the industry. EXO is truly an awesome group and I really hope you react to more from them! Also! EXO has a running concept of superpowers throughout their entire career! Their concept is that they are from a different world called EXOplanet. And “Obsession” was based around a development in the story that there was another EXO-planet but opposite. That EXO planet has evil clones of the real EXO. These clones are called X-EXO. X-EXO have the same powers as their good alter just much more demonic and dark. That’s why there are two versions of every member in every scene, the good EXO and then their evil clone. The entire “Obsession” music video was them fighting their evil clones. But throughout the video you could see EXO slowly losing to their evil alters. And the world (EXOplanet) being overtaken by fire at the end symbolized that EXO has fallen, they lost. X-EXO was won and they’ve taken over. This was the best I could describe their concept because it’s actually quite complex and complicated but I hoped I helped with some background about them and the “Obsession” MV!

And the one who hit that high note in Obsession is high note and vocal king Kim Jongdae or Chen is his stage name. The disrespectful one is Kim Jongin or Kai is his stagename haha. Exo has 9 members but 2 ( Kim Minseok aka Xiumin and Do Kyungsoo aka D.O.) are enlisted in the military and 1 (Zhang Yixing aka Lay) is Chinese so kind of caught up in the political mess that is Korean/Chinese relations at the moment so he's in China. I like a lot of bands, but for me, Exo, the king of music, is no exaggeration. They have great talent and I admire them. The way exo rappers sing vocals and their vocalists rap is insane.

I am enamored by your reaction. Yes, they are very talented. Been around since 2011. I am an Exo fan from 2011, ask me anything. I appreciate you trying Exo out, they are known as a vocal group, each member has a different style in voice, which makes for fantastic harmonies, some of the best in the industry. They are all and any genre on a whim, they never stick to one sound, they love to layer their sounds and the production is always amazing. They are mostly a mixture of pop, hiphop, r&b (who said r&b is dead?), dance, techno, house, edm, old school groove with jazzy vibes, some Latin flare, and vocals, vocals, vocals.....their ballads are beautiful. They all play instruments, they all model, they are all actors....they are constantly busy for the past 7 years, seriously. There's no need to put out albums 3 times a year, they have so many projects that they juggle around all awhile with concert tours. Very seasoned professionals, they grew up together in front of the camera since being picked out in their teens. They are around 25-28 now, and have to do service when it's time. That's why there's only 6 of them for now. They are down to the original 9, Lay, the last Chinese member, is focusing on his very successful solo career in China for the past few years, but is still under SM. He vows to be back with Exo. But so far the 6 are doing well, their album is amazing. Chanyeol and Sehun, Chen, and Baekhyun came out with solo albums earlier this year all awhile doing Exo concert tours. Their albums are fantastic! My bias D.O left for service in June.😭 Xiumin (Minseok) and D.O. (Kyungsoo) each left a song/mv before they left.😭😭😭😭😭They make me cry, some of their ballads are too beautiful, they make me cry😢 You look like you enjoy Exo. He has been voted best dancer 3 years in a row by other idols and choreographers of most of these kpop groups really respect him as a top veteran in dancing. Man is professionally trained and he has mixed up his favorite genres like ballet, jazz and hiphop to create his own unique style. His fancams go viral on all sites in all countries and genera public/locals always get sucked into kpop because of him. He's really not even human, the way he performs on stage he's sin.

There is another group that recently dropped an album - they are merger of several groups including EXO. They are called SuperM. Check out Jopping and Can't Stand the Rain. You will love them too.

Most of EXO's mvs are connected to their storyline that was going on since their debut.. they have a very complex storyline but basically they are aliens that came to earth after their enemy (red force) attack their planet and each of them have a super power. My favourite title song from them is Love Me Right and my favourite mv is probably Monster.. To get to know them better I recommend the 6th year anniversary video called EXO IS FAMILY #6yearswithEXO part 1&2 by exoxouniverse.. It shows how they worked so hard to earn the titles "Kings of k-pop" or "Nation's choice" without any help from their company and how 3 Chinese members leaving the group was so heart breaking for them and how they felt that they've dissapointed the fans because their motto is 'We Are One'..also it shows the love between EXO and EXO-Ls really well 😊 Sorry for the long comment..

The concept for Obsession is that they are fighting their evil clones! It looks like the clones end up winning but we can’t be 100% sure. The evil clones are they ones in colourful clothing and scares. As for guides, I can’t recommend a REALLY good one for them all. EXO is my favorite group because of the versatility of their performances. They can be the bad boys like in these two videos and then funny and cute, like in Peter Pan. Call Me Baby MV and Growl MV are two of my favorite older videos of theirs. Tempo is probably my favorite of their new videos. I usually watch all of their dance practices. The Guy you have pointed out a lot who was in the red and then in the back and yellow crop top is Kai. He is their lead dancer, but they are all very good. He is underrated in my opinion as a singer and rapper, But the others are all so good, it is hard to shine in this group. SM Entertainment has mega talented groups. My 3 favorite are EXO, Shinee and NCT. They have recently put Kai, and Beckhyun from EXO, Taemin, from Shinee, Tayeong, Mark, Lucas and Ten from NCT Korea and NCT China into a group called SUPER M. The other guys are still preforming with their original bands. It is a horrendous schedule for these guys, but what a show they have put on.
