Gravity really is a great song that shows IRyS' strengths well. Great song in all of its parts, love it. Calli, Mel and Kanata were a great combo for the song, two voices with great range that can tap into their cuteness but also other modes and Calli's more low, cool voice and rapping make a great trio for this.

Fun Fact: The backing vocals in Nerissa's cover were done by her (IRL) older sister, of which she says she is even a better singer than herself. For the song, I mean, listen to it, just incredible. You actually got the wrong song off the poll for the Crazy Night one (the one that won was a cover on Mel's channel), but that's a great one as well. And now you actually got to experience Rushia's singing as well. Really love the song, it's just a jam. o7 Mel My recommendation is Izuru's original song 連なるモノローグ/Monologue in a Row, one of my favorite Holo songs ever. Also Nijisanji's Chima covered Lilium as well, which is incredible as well. Ä

Yeah gravity is still one of my favorite Irys songs that's not to say that her other songs aren't good in fact all her songs are absolute bangers but gravity is my favorite. Oh wow, there's a lot. Ok then... 1- you really really REALLY need to react to more originals and covers by IRyS (or check them on stream, if you haven't already), she's amazing. And "Gravity"... is just beautiful. I'll only say that IRyS came to brighten and save our lives (my life). I love her~ 💎❤️ 2- and Nerissa seriously can't stop being super talented. This cover (and song) definitely makes you cry because of how beautiful it is. And the special touch is that her sister was part of the harmonies. Nerissa and Anerissa and actually angels, no way they're affiliated in any way with devils or demons and IRyS's Gravity is such an amazing original song, definitely gives off those Hikaru Utada vibes that IRyS loves so much. Also, thank you for bringing more songs with Mel to the forefront. If you ever have time, I'd invite ya to listen to "Show Stopper" from Mel, from the album she released about 18 months ago. It never got a MV but I think it's by far Mel's strongest vocal performance and I think you'll be super surprised by it.

all of the picks here are VERY good picks...in lillium nerissa sister doing low backing notes..and i must say her sister is on par with nerissa at singing which is insane considering how good nerissa is (they complete opposites...nerissa strong high weak low notes while "anerissa" is strong in low but weak in high notes)

About your comment about Choco's singing always surprising you because you didn't to enough of it... Don't worry. Those of us who listen to a lot of her singing are also very surprised by the quality of her official songs and covers. There is a world of difference between those and her usual singing. She is getting a lot better, but like Noel, she is very tone deaf, so if you watch one of her karaoke streams, you'll see the huge difference.

If you aren't sick of listening to Ado yet (which is impossible), I would like to see you react to Kazarijyanainoyonamidawa off of her new cover album as I have been playing it constantly this month

Gravity imo shows off Irys' vocals the best of all her songs. I feel like the mixing for a lot of her songs kind of ruin her voice, because she often sounds better live and in karaokes than she does in her studio version songs.

Now that Project Hope is no more, she should have full control over her future songs. I'm really interested how they will be compared to her old songs. Hopefully she finds a good mixer who can make the best out of her voice.

@@aomari I was thinking the same. I won't assume to know how she thinks or anything, because she's never blatantly mentioned it on stream, but she almost never sings any of her original songs in karaoke streams, and almost never sings any songs that are similar in style to her original songs.
