This is my favorite song of all time, Jimin did an extraordinary job here creating the lyrics and also with the melody, this is a cherished and loved performance in Korea and he also tells part of his internal struggle! Jimin is a masterpiece this choreography is part of the training of many rookie idols Jimin is called the rookie bible, and of course he is my favorite artist, it is the reason for being in BTS. I never knew a genius on stage capable of doing so much and interpreting in this way from his facial expressions to the tips of his fingers, look at his eyes when he is acting he is completely immersed in his world delivered his art, it is a dark song but Sexier than hell, the change of melodies and chords in the chorus is just part of the genius, where you want to reflect what is a lie, thanks for the reaction I hope you can see your dance from behind the scenes of Black Swan mv o watch the mv first. and sorry for my bad English is not my mother tongue.

All jimin solo stage performances are iconic, it's no surprise you have problems ranking them. so many rookie idols covering Serendipity and Lie for years now, it's the bar they're trying to reach. But very few actually covers both at the same time, it's either dance or singing. And with singing, very few actually tried, his voice and the way he sings is just different level😂 Mostly they cover the choreographies.

Lie is honestly a masterpiece.. The song itself embodies the lie when it switches from minor to major, the lyricism is so hauntingly beautiful and vulnerable, and the way Jimin performs it is exquisite.. This is my favourite solo off the Wings album. As for the blindfold, it makes sense coz the song is about him lying to himself and being blinded by a lie that is making him lose his way. Beautiful symbolism.. I would love to see you look into the other members of BTS more as well.. They are all phenomenal artists individually that combine to form an incomparable powerhouse together. I love how their individual flair thrives even within the group in the most complementary way and they always look out for each other and applaud each other's growth.. I honestly wish I could form such a bond with people in my life. There's so much growth and love to be found in helping each other up the ladder together.

Here's info I'm reposting, that some still aren't aware of: ❤️JIMIN, at age 11-12 started studying, performing, & competing (winning every competition), in hip hop, popping (excelled), & street dancing, while attending the renowned Just Dance Academy in Busan where he's from! He was so good that an instructor even had the high tuition fee waived at one point! This was while also attending middle school, where he loved sports, being quite athletic, joined the football team, excellent at track, great at basketball, & billiards! Jimin also, all throughout his schooling, was known as a top scholar, achieving perfect scores, especially in math & science which just always came easy to him! Jimin was even class president for 9 yrs in a row! Jimin, all throughout his schooling, was also quite good in art class, as well as calligraphy. Jimin, then also took up contemporary dance. The media, after seeing a performance of Jimin's performing at a huge Busan Festival Event, called Jimin "The rising star of Busan"!! JIMIN also studied ballet & traditional Korean dance while attending Busan High School of the Arts. Jimin still went to Just Dance Academy to take hip hop classes whenever he could because his first love has always been hip hop, even though he was now majoring in contemporary! JIMIN even had an offer to dance overseas, but declined because he also wanted to become a singer since the 2nd grade, to the dismay of one of his dance instructors who said "The world of dance was going to lose a great artist"!! So Jimin then went and auditioned for BigHit Entertainment, (company BTS is signed with), being the very last member to join, being a trainee for only a few months (which is unheard of for most Kpop idols), as opposed to the 2-3 yrs of being a trainee the other members had! But Jimin was so good that he was assigned the official title of one of the two Main Dancers, as well as Lead Vocalist. You asked so I will tell…HOBI (J-Hope) is my bias. Man can do it ALL! HIS dancing is INSANE. Thing about BTS is EVERY single member brings their own unique flare and color to the group. They are phenomenal in their own individual ways.

This song will forever be one of my all time fav songs from BTS' discography (and thats saying a lot), definitely check out the studio version too. This song is just a masterpiece. 🤌🏼 Also, he puts the blindfold on right as he sings the line 'I've lost my way', kinda like being blinded and straying from the path.
