The woman that you hear singing the background vocals is Chris Stapleton's wife, Morgane. She has such a beautiful voice that adds such an element to this that we didn't know we needed!
Morganne made a great observation when people were talking about her taking so long to do her makeup that Chris, her husband, was able to write a great hit song. The talk was about how fast he is. But she set people straight. She pointed out that he did not sit down and write a song. He sat down and pulled the song out of stuff he had had in his head for a long time. It is how great artists work. Michaelangelo's David was always in the marble. He just set it free. Great songwriters and poets are the same.
These are great musicians at the top of their game and they are having the best time and giving it back to this audience. And you have every right to be overwhelmed!

Chris is a long time prominent songwriter for many singers across different genres. Chris was encouraged by his wife (a singer herself) to record some of his own work and he has since won multiple awards. Justin was a fan girl of Chris Stapleton's so JT's wife arranged to have Chris sing at Justin's birthday to introduce him to Chris. They've become good friends since and he has worked on some of Justin's projects. Chris is a shy and humble man. It is almost impossible to get him to say anything bad about anyone. Some interviewers have tried since his rise to fame, but failed. Watch an interview and see the interviewer fail at manipulation with Chris. Very refreshing...

You need to listen to their song Say Something, it is Justin's song that he brought Chris in to help with. My understanding is they sang live on the video and did it in one take.

What kind of drama was that nonsense?... She's a mother and "can't handle" a song? I've seen channels inadvertently cut something off, or refuse to post something that was morally adjacent to their channel, and I've seen fools jump out of their chairs and run away as if they've never had any sensory input in real life... But "This is too much" was about the dumbest thing I've ever seen.
That's Chris' wife Morgane Stapleton singing harmony vocals. She does a killer rendition of "You Are My Sunshine" with Chris doing backing vocals that you should hear.
