BM is crop top guy. He’s a founder of the big tittie committee which people assumed was just about guys with big pecks, but it’s actually to raise awareness for Breast Cancer. He’s from LA. J-Seph is the blonde guy. Somin is the black haired girl. Jiwoo is the cotton candy haired girl. So happy to see y’all react to them, I’m going to their concert in Brooklyn!

The funny thing about KARD being a co-ed group is that everybody's (including me) initial reaction is "wow, that's super rare in Kpop"... but stop and think about it. It's super rare in western pop, too. How many have there been since, I dunno, S-Club 7? And they were TWENTY YEARS AGO NOW.

One of my favorite releases this year. The whole album really. Crop top guy is BM. He's incredibly funny. I think he's supposed to have a solo release soon. Black hair female is Somin, rainbow hair, deeper voice is Jiwoo and the guy with the buzzcut is J.seph. KARDs company is DSP, but DSP is owned by RBW (PK, mamamoo, oneus, onewe). And RBWs producers are all over this album. And they produce nothing by bops. I don't know KARD super well, but I also really liked Gunshot by them. I'm still going to shill BVNDIT for deeper female vocals. Dumb/Jungle specifically. They're also a bit more mature and have a vaugely Latin/tropical vibe to their earlier music.

"You In Me" is my favorite Kard song and probably one of my favorite kpop songs ever. The MV is great too

Other songs that are my favorites from them are Gunshot, Dumb Litty, and Bomb Bomb. They have been on break due to J.Seph having to due his mandatory military service, which BM (Big Mattew) "aka crop top guy" doesn't have to do being Korean American.

Fun fact : Dreamcatcher members wants to collab with KARD for looong time now. As J.seph is back from military duty and KARD are complete again, we can dream that could happen. 🤞

Bomb Bomb, Dumb Litty, and Gunshot mv's are all God tier. I recently tripped over Kard and I have quickly descended into madness over this group. It's like Latin/tropical meets club edm vibes and it's actually disgusting. Oh, and crop top guy is BM, or Big Matthew. He produces and is also the main dancer. They don't really have a leader, but if they did, it'd be BM. He arranges and writes a lot of their music, but don't let his talent fool you. Dude is a goon. His personality is like a soft frat guy. Lulz. That's the best way to put it. He's just goofy and immature, but like in an endearing kinda way. He's really hot too so there's that..

They have a huge fanbase here in latinamerica because they mix a lot of latin sounds and music and also use a lot of spanish words in their lyrics. They're very underrated, sadly, but I'm glad they're getting more recognition now. I hope you guys react to all their other MV's, they're all bops

In the early stages of Kpop, co-ed groups were very common, some of the most popular 1st gen groups were co-ed.

They're an awesome group, I really wish we got more of this dynamic in kpop. All of their songs are good, but "Gunshot" really stands out as a good next video. If you liked BM (crop top), he has a few solo music videos as well.: "13IVI", "Broken Me," and "LIE."

Kard is such a banger group, I loveeee their songs and they’re perfect proof that we need more coed groups cuz they’re serving, plus their sibling energy off stage is hilarious Also coed groups used to be a thing in the early years of kpop but with the rise of kpop they kinda disappeared The member in the crop top is BM, the founder of the big titty committee, which other kpop fans like to just throw around but he actually did it to raise awareness for breast cancer

"Ring the Alarm" harkens back to KARD's debut Tropical sound. The first couple of years they were entirely based upon this theme, and I adored them. Bought every one of their albums. It was glorious. Then -- they shifted to a more Western rap-centric sound, which just didn't keep my interest. "Ring the Alarm" brought me back. Be sure to check out their early releases, which are of the same Tropical sound. Those songs are simply pure bliss. Other posters appear to love their middle-age songs, so go ahead and give them a listen to. Everyone has their own tastes, after all.

Love your reaction to KARD! They have been around since 2016, but this comeback was after a while because the member jseph was serving in the military. BM is American so he didn’t have to serve. A lot of their music has a Latin and summer vibe to it, a majority of their fan base are from Latin countries. But they have a large variety of music. Their choreography often mixes both “feminine” and “masculine” moves! Thank you so much for reacting to them. I was so anxious for this comeback. This is a song similar to how they started,more tropical and to dance, which made them huge here in South America since their pre debut. I'm so happy to see them together again, J Seph just ended his military service. I missed them so much. Also If i am not mistaken, his company had the first co ed group. They are not the first or the only ones; but co ed groups don't have so much success in south korea. SAAAAAD.

They are a 5 years old group. If you like Ring the alarm, you are gonna love their pre debut songs. Oh na na. Don't recall. And Rumor. This album is going back to their roots with dance hall and latin sound. They also have more hard songs like gunshot and Dumb Litty. Tall guy is BM. Kim Matthew Blond guy is Jseph. Kim Taehyung. Just finished military service this year, in April Black hair girl is Somin. Jeon Somin And multicolor hair girl is Jiwoo. Jeon Jiwoo Aka. Kim bros and Jeon sis. Both guys are 92 line and both girls are 96 line. So, they are not kids, and don't do music for kids either They are currently on tour in Latin America and USA. Glad you liked them Sadly they don't have a win yet, even after all this time

You should react to their other songs, all of them are really good. My favorite one is Gunshot, it's a banger. Also, other groups I recommend are WJSN, they had a comeback like a month ago called Last sequence, but Unnatural and As you wish are top tier songs as well. Kard is one of my fave groups and your reaction to them was really enjoyable! Love the way you guys engage with the video and song ❤ Taking a look at your account it seems like you are just discovering different kpop groups so I wanted to highly recommend you to check out Taemin! My absolute favorite soloist in kpop and a legend in the industry! He debuted in Shinee when he was only 14 years old (the group is also still active) and is 29 years old now. He is the definition of breaking gender norms (since you touched on it in this reaction) and setting trends for other idols. I would highly highly recommend his latest song Advice as well as his songs Move (probably his most well known) and Want (my personal fave)! But you can't go wrong with any of his title trackside! I hope you consider it 🙏
