Loona is truly the most INSANE group. From the music to the lore to the real life events. For example: Grimes said that Gowon is the godmother to her and Elon Musk's child after Grimes did a short feature/intro for one of their pre-debut subunit songs (love4eva by YYXY {pronounced why why by why})
Loona is full of references and call backs and call outs. the end of Sensitive - capsule # is L for Loona 12 for total members and 02 for her position in debut. Orbits call out members not just by name but by debut order. we also call them out by color and their spirit animal. you can reference any Loona content and dialogue solely on this. #1 is Heejjn -bright pink-and a bunny. #2 is Hyunjin-yellow-and a cat and so on… 3 frozen capsules are the other 3 Loossemble members. #2 came out and Vivi capsule is empty as shes an ANDROID and doesn’t need sleep so she’s maintains the spaceship. the order of the capsules starts with #1 front left then #2 front right then goes back to #3 which is empty as that is Haseul then back over to the left #4 member Yeojin then go back and thats #5 Vivi who is the android and then snakes back to the right side for #6 empty which is for KimLip and continues that pattern 👍 Strawberry Soda was written and produced by member Yves as a gift to Loossemble. this group houses the majority younger members. u can tell their style and music is more youthful than ARTMS. enjoy and glad u are as passionate as us Orbits. with Loona music the lyric references are so touching to members and to Orbits u gonna love looking for it.

Hi, I just found this channel recently and started watching! I've been a fan of LOONA since late 2019 (my first comeback was 'So What') and they alongside Dreamcatcher are my ult group in K-pop. The storyline of the lore, the "LOONAverse" as known by fans, is one of my favorite things about their music and it's always so much fun seeing people discovering LOONA for the first time! Obviously, the LOONAverse isn't a mandatory thing needed to get into LOONA, but it's so interesting to engage with and theorizing about the storyline, especially nowadays since Loossemble is basically reinterpreting the real life events of LOONA separating and the girls' desire to reunite as OT12 and bringing back lore elements that haven't been touched upon in YEARS in a new sci-fi spin that's never really been done before (a lot of the lore seems to lean more towards science *fantasy* rather than science fiction.) Just keep that in mind when you go to Loossemble's next album or start reacting to Chuu's recent albums, cuz in Loossemble's next MV especially, there are some story beats which may not make a lot of sense at first! But it'll be fun to watch regardless 👀👀 Your observations on the scene with Hyunjin awakening from the cryopod is very close! Her pod reads "L-1202" which is referencing Hyunjin as being the second member of LOONA, having been revealed and debuted 2nd after Heejin, and the remaining three pods have Yeojin, Go Won, and Hyeju inside of them, as the five of them are on the Loossemble (their group name literally means 'LOONA assemble') spaceship, searching for their friends. 😉 If you ever decide to go into the lore and theorizing, I recommend doing it after watching the rest of LOONA and post-LOONA content, as it is DENSE with material to pick apart and it's easier to follow on and recognize recurring themes and symbols if you've watched all of their MVs first and familiarized yourself with their music. There's a channel called Loominosity, who have an ongoing Loonaverse Basics series which is currently up to Part 1 of Odd Eye Circle's predebut releases, that gives a comprehensive beginner's guide to the lore rather than speculating or analyzing other theories by fans. Aside from that, there are tons of channels that have given their own theories and interpretations throughout the years. I myself even made a nearly two-and-a-half-hour video essay analyzing LOONA's storytelling and the evolution of the lore on NoIdolNoLife International, a channel in which me and my friends discuss news and releases in both K-pop and J-pop (it was my first *BIG* video essay and I'm really proud of it.) Outside of the lore, if you want a guide as to the members themselves, there is a playlist by yerimease that has made individual guides for each of the members, and other fun introductory videos such as Ben Atmos' "Explaining all 12 LOONA members in 2024" that also serves as a brief retrospective for the members' growth over the years. Most of the Loossemble members (hyeju excepted) are LOONA members who didn’t get to show their skills as often and didn’t get many lines in the songs - SO happy for this subunit!! It’s been INCREDIBLE seeing them show us what they can do!!
How did I miss this? Must have been busy the past week. One thing I want to add is their "Strawberry Soda" track is written by Yves. At the lowest point in LOONA, the girls made a promise that no matter what happens, they will always be there for each other. They WILL be ONE again.
I love this album, because in context most of the members of Loossemble are the ones who had the fewest lines in Loona's music and also at the time when they all left their company there were members who did not make it clear to you if they going to continue their career as idols and seeing that they would redebut together was beautiful and with this great album it was like a gift
