I remember the day Michael Jackson passed away... I was in the doctor's office and my family texted me about it...Totally in shock .What he did and accomplished is truly legendary and a legacy

Nobody does the Moonwalk like Michael Jackson PERIOD! He perfected that move and MJ never took credit for the Moonwalk he said he got it from kids in the Ghetto which is true and there were other performers who did it before MJ but not like him plus it’s known as MJ’s move anyway😇🙌🏽👑🌟💫💯(Please React to Michael Jackson “Grammy Awards Full 1988 Performance” It’s truly iconic)

Michael would practice literally hours upon hours on one little movement to get it perfect. The guy was a tremendous talent no doubt, but the work he put into his craft was unbelievable.

Nice reaction! You must react to the full 1995 MTV VMA performance too. I feel MJ was at his smoothest in it. Probably the only artist who got better and better as he got older. Keep up the great work 👍🏼

I actually was a 5yr old kid, who was lucky enough to see Michael Jackson's Motown Moonwalk for the 1st time! It's said Michael didn't like that he didn't hold the toe stand as long as he wanted to. Michael, being a perfectionist, more than made up for it during the 30th anniversary Special!

I bet Mike's body was strong as a muhfka you gotta be strong physically to do the moves he was pulling off. You gotta have strong legs to push yourself backwards like that from your feet so smoothly. Takes a lot of control and control comes with strength

If you pay attention to the toe stand on the first moonwalk youll notice he couldnt hold it long. Funny story that actually pissed off MJ, he worked like hell on it and that would be the last time he failed to nail that toe tap.

He did do it on lots of songs besides billy jean but that was the most iconic performance he did it on. That 1st 1 y'all reacted to was where it all began so they just kept showing Everytime he did that performance over the years he does it on almost everything

Moon walk was specifically a dance from "Billie Jean", he had songs with specific dances, like "Smooth Criminal" he had that lean dance move where he leaned really far, and "Thriller" had the Zombie dance ect. His show performances where very calculated and the Billie Jean choreography would be near identical at every show as would every song in his repertoire.
